Forget ideas of the Holiday Inn chain in N. America. This unassuming, little hotel was clean, quiet, well situated and didn't break the bank. Staff allowed us to check in early. There was a bar fridge - so we could stock some fruit to counter all that pastry - and complimentary coffee - so we could sip while we got ready in the morning. I would stay here again.

The property was close to public transportation and an easy walk to the stores and restaurants. It was a great place to stay. They had a nice breakfast. Would stay there again if we went to Paris. The staff was very helpful with directions for places we were trying to visit.

Location in Montmartre was great. Walkable to lots of food, grocery and even laundry. There was a bit of street noise from our rooms, but otherwise a great location. The buffet breakfast was great.

Points to consider

Staff were welcoming and responsive. Unfortunately they were unable to supply a rubber non slip mat for the very elevate bath/shower combo. The tub was quite slippery and thus required me to be on hand while my husband who has neuropathy in his feet showered. With elevated soaking tubs it becomes quite a feat for someone to exit while everything is wet. We would have appreciated better lighting in the room as it felt quite dim. (Not the only place in Europe we have experienced this) Breakfast was average for the cost, plenty of options but nothing special. ( Be aware this hotel is in a residential area and several blocks to the Metro station. English speaking staff were available.

Pleasant Surprise

This hotel is a nice surprise when you check in. It’s in a very quiet street just 5 mins walk away from the cafes and restaurants in Rue Epic. We were a family of 3 and stayed in a triple room which was clean and modern. Fridge with complimentary bottled water on arrival and a handy safe in the room. Beds very comfortable.Staff on front desk very pleasant and helpful. Didn’t have breakfast as the local cafes so close. We would definitely stay here again as you can walk to the Metro station at Place Le Clichy within 10 mins. Ubers to the Louvre area around €13 and serve the area well. Overall we were not expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was.

This was a great property in Paris . The staff ( Juba) was wonderful and very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was amazing. All the little things such as a kettle , coffee machine and mini fridge made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. will definitely stay here again and I recommend it to my family and friends/

The hotel was well-kept, comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety. The only issue we had was regarding being “dog-friendly”. They charged a fee of $40/dog per night and they did not allow the dogs to use the only area with grass for the restroom. This was brought to our attention when the staff very rudely told my son that it wasn’t their problem.

Very clean and comfortable

Bit cramped. Not so spacious. Sofa bed was useless. No space to step out of bed and go to toilet if the sofa bed was open. Very very tiny room. Good size bathroom with 2 sink. Has all the amenities.
