At first glance, it seems like good place because for good location to metro and close to the city center and looks friendly staff, but don’t trust it too much if you’re traveling alone or with a friend women. It seems there’s something shady going on with recruiting women’s when they’re think you’re alone. (I’m married, but my husband couldn’t come with me).

This is a great location near Montparnasse, with easy access to the subway and pleasant walking streets filled with restaurants and a Sunday brocante. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Thank you; this is my second stay here.

Just our room, but here we go : Could hear everything happening outside of the room. Lights behind bed was broken or could be used as disco light. Bathroom light was broken, but mirror light worked and was supposed to be the main light according to reception. Mirror also a bit broken on the side. But no problem. Windows could be opened, but make sure to close them before sleeping as they are as big as a door leading straight to the outdoor lounge and therefore needs to be closed at night. Ac smelled bad(piss/toilet ish), but apparently that's how ac's work. Was actually allright during the days, but evening/morning was bad. Had a hair hanging in the shower from start to end of the stay, figured i'd leave it alone. Pretty sure the cleaner stole 2 of my kinder chocolates. Good location. Staff was nice.

At first the hotel Clairefontaine it seems like a good hotel for localization to close to the metro, but they don’t respect extra amenities then they hint at extra charges in cash (in hotels is really rare case everything I pay with card, with time they don’t doing cleaning the room work (but is to the plan every day) don’t clean the room under the beds, not make beds or leave clean towels and among other things, if they see two women alone, they imply try involved in illegal activities (something like human trafficking or drug trafficking). They want you to go down to the restaurant for water, but it seems they put something in it. (Normally in hotel is offer the bottle water is closed hermetically). My friend felt dizzy after drinking this water, one cup in the morning and one in the night. In the end, a member (men with dark hair) of the hotel staff was disrespectful for me not fulfilling their obligations. So, ladies be very careful if you traveling alone. My husband couldn’t travel for… so I went a women friend. Luckily, I returned safely but stressed, and spend a lot on taxi driver to go fast for airport going because in hotel they tried to keep me, waiting, there by making me believe I had booked a taxi through the hotel to airport make me waiting one hour.

Payed 190€/night, my room was on the 3rd floor, no elivator. the floor, the doors the wall changed to maid/ design, the bathroom with cheep bathroom fittings, one night someone came in my room, the other night the door did not open, if there would be a fire I don‘t see a possibilty to get out if it. In Germany you would not get the permission to rent out room.

Je suis très déçu par mon expérience dans cet hôtel. Malgré plusieurs jours de prévenance et une demande formulée suffisamment à l'avance, l'établissement a refusé toute possibilité de modifier ou décaler ma réservation d'une nuit. Aucun effort commercial ni solution alternative ne m'ont été proposés. Cette absence totale de flexibilité et de considération pour le client est regrettable et ne correspond pas au niveau de service que l'on peut attendre d'un établissement hôtelier. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel au regard de sa gestion de la relation client.

En arrivant à l hôtel Claifontaine ,la personne à l accueil ne trouvait pas notre réservation. Elle nous precise que son collegue avait fait une erreur et qu il ny avait plus de chambre libre Je sortais d une opération chirurgicale et j etais là pour me reposer. Il a fallu pallabrer pendant plus de 2h pour qu ils se decident à nous trouver un hébergement dans les alentours.C est uniquement par notre détermination que nous avons pu obtenir satisfaction car au départ on nous a dit qu ils ne pouvaient rien faire
