Staff really nice. My room was perfect . Location a tad out of popular area. However I needed an inexpensive room for one nite. This was perfect. Basically there after long flight to catch up on my sleep.

The only thing that was a bit of an issue is the lift/elevator: it's only big enough for one person with one not over-large suitcase, and it can be slow in arriving when called. If your room is on the 5th floor you're likely to need it!

Hotel Belfort Location Ideal

The hotel was less than a 5 min. walk to the metro. The WIFI worked really well and it was clean. The staff was excellent. And several restaurants to choose from around the area. My son and stayed there for 2 weeks and we got around fine. I would stay there again. The rooms and beds are really small but then again that is part of the experience of going abroad. Since we didn't spend much time in the room, it was the ideal situation for us because it was located in a residential area which was part of the experience we wanted. It was great!

No refrigerator in the room. No refrigerator for share. No coffee pot, no coffee maker nor complimentary coffee in the morning. Too few plugs in the room and the room condition is not great. In a safe neighborhood with a subway station nearby but not in a good location for a tourist. Far from everything. Also the staff needs to communicate better.

Décevant pour un 3 étoiles ​Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel et le séjour n'a pas été à la hauteur. Le lit était vraiment petit, le petit-déjeuner manquait de variété et l'isolation phonique n'était vraiment pas au top (on entendait tout). Pour nous, cet établissement correspond plutôt à un 2 étoiles.

A localização do hotel é ótima, muito próximo ao metrô, Carrefour Express na esquina, boas padarias e cafés próximos. A equipe do hotel foi muito prestativa, atendeu bem durante a estadia. A água do chuveiro oscilava as vezes entre quente e frio durante o banho mas com boa pressão. Em resumo é um ótimo custo benefício.
