위치도 만족스럽고 호텔도 깨끗하고 생활하는데 불편함 없습니다~그리고 직원들도 친절해서 좋았어요

편리한 위치
이 호텔은 지하철 8, 9호선 역 Richelieu - Drouot 부근에 위치하여 교통이 편리하고 시내 중심가까지 걸어서 갈 수 있다. 다만, 창문이 낡아서 제대로 닫히지 않아 바깥 소음이 방으로 들어 온다. 또한, 방의 크기가 가격에 비하여 상대적으로 작아서 두 사람이 활동하기에는 협소한 느낌이 든다.

생각보다 방이 작고 기대에는 좀 부족했네요... 홍콩 아이콘호텔 묶은적이 있어서 기대가 컸는데 실망도 커요...

오페라에서 가까운 호텔
오페라에서 한 정거장인데 걸어도 괜찮을 정도의 위치에요.그러나 호텔이 있는 거리가 지도에 안 나올 정도로 작은 골목이라 처음에 찾기는 힘들었어요. 알고보면 지하철역에서도 가까운데; 이것저것 필요없고 파리 오페라 근처인걸 최우선으로 찾은 호텔이라, 방은 작지만 비교적 깨끗한 편이에요. 2011년에 리모델링해서 욕실은 깔끔.파리에 맛있는게 많으니 조식은 포함하지 않았는데, 언뜻보니 호스텔 수준의 아침인거 같으니 참고하세요.

The hotel is well located. the staff was horrible, extremely condescending and I would NEVER come back. I have never been treated like this in ANY hotel. I have been to more than 40 countries and I have never seen such a treatment.

Good hotel, centrally but still in a quiet street
Good hotel in a quiet street, just around the corner of the grands boulevards, friendly staff, clean room, small, but that's Paris. Breakfast was good as well. Bathroom clean, only remark is that you had to take a shower in the bath, and there was no screen or rail to put the shower, which was not very comfortable. Further, all good.

オペラ座付近の空港のバス停へ徒歩で行ける距離だったのでパリ滞在の最終日にこちらに宿泊しました。受付の方や朝食時にいらっしゃったスタッフの方々など皆様明るく話かけてきてくれてフレンドリーで楽しく和やかに滞在できました。 また、ホテル内は黒を基調とされているシックでモダンなインテリアもオシャレでかっこよくて素敵でした。行こうと思っていたパリの有名な老舗食堂も徒歩で行けるほど近くて立地もよく快適に過ごせました。

Konum olarak çok iyi fakat konfor unsurları çok kötüydü. Odalar çok küçüktü. Yatakta dönerken kafanızı dolaba çarpabilirsiniz. Tuvalet aynı şekilde 2 kişi bulunulması imkansız çok dardı. Ses yalıtımı iyi denmesine karşın yan odanın sesleri çok duyulmakta. Gün boyunca dışarıda oluyoruz ama yine de insan odaya gelince biraz konfor arıyor malesef aradığımı bulamadım.

Great location for me , room was small but big enough for a Beautique hotel , freshly decorated and comfortable, only fault if any no tea and coffee facilities, and not enough shelf space in bathroom , but I would definitely stay again .

Great last minute stay
I need to stay at this hotel because my prior arrangements fell through. I booked at 12:30am and checked in at 1am. The front desk was awesome and super accommodating to me so late at night. Service was lovely, room was ready for me and breakfast was offered. I left my luggage at the desk after check out and came back later in the day and stayed to charge my phone and rest a bit before I left for the airport.

Etat de notre enetre pas possible
Fenetre cassee. Ferme tres mal donc bruit inacceptable et reveil a 7h le samedi matin par bruit de travaux. Pour la seconde nuit j ai du monter sur une chaise pour fermer correctement et ce ne resolvait vraiment pas tout. Le souci c est le desinteret total lorsque j ai evoque le sujet a l accueil : ca ne sera pas du tout repare de suite. Par ailleurs bfmtv en boucle le we dans un hotel a ce prix qui se veut glamour c est pas du tout adapte. Et meme desinteret qd j evoque la chose a l acueil. Tres decu.

Cher Monsieur Boureau, Nous sommes vraiment navrés de lire que vous n'avez pas apprécié votre séjour parmi nous malgré votre surclassement gratuit en Junior Suite, Nous sommes surpris de votre commentaire, car loin d'être inactive, notre équipe de réception lorsque vous avez signalé le problème, a dépêché une femme de chambre ainsi qu'un technicien pour aller vérifier votre fenêtre et a pu constater que celle-ci fonctionnait très bien, on vous a même indiqué comment elle se fermait. Malgré l'insonorisation dans chaque chambre, nous ne pouvons être tenus pour responsable du bruit parvenant de l'extérieur. Effectivement nous avions fait délibérément le choix de laisser la télévision du lobby sur BFM tv ce week-end (exceptionnellement sans son bien entendu) afin de tenir informé nos clients des événements en cour dans Paris (manifestations des gilets jaunes) et éviter qu'ils ne se retrouvent dans des zones à risques. Nous espérons toutefois que vous nous accorderez une autre chance afin de changer votre impression sur notre hôtel. Cordialement.
