This was a very lovely boutique hotel and in probably the most charming part of Paris. The location was excellent near great restaurants, shopping and transportation options in Le Marais. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The property could use a little updating in the common areas such as the carpeting, but the room and bathroom were modern and clean. The room was definitely a little smaller than expected, but it was fine for one person. The lack of ac was not a problem, though I definitely used the fan during two of the warmer nights. The room had beautiful large windows overlooking the street. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, instead opting for various bakeries in the morning nearby.

I LOVED this hotel. And what made it most impressive was the staff at the front desk - genuine and kind human beings who work with heart. Only negative we have to say is our room was extremely tiny and unbearably hot. I would say upgrading to premium is essential - our friend stayed here as well and her room was delightful.

My 13 year old daughter and I stayed for a week and it was just amazing!!! the hotel's location is absolutely perfect in the heart of the Marais, with shops and restaurants right below the hotel and Place des Vosges within 4 minutes walk for pleasant picnics. Many attractions are within walking distance and we barely used public transportation. The hotel staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, cute and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the 24/7 complementary coffee machine and croissants. The breakfast was great, fresh and tasty. We had a great time, would love to come back and highly recommend it!

The staff (one gentleman in particular) at the front desk was lovely. So friendly. I have stayed at this hotel before and was happy so rebooked. This time I paid twice as much and was put in a terrible room despite booking the same one. Was traveling with friend and asked for 2 beds (and booked for 2 beds). Was given 1 bed in tiny room. Disappointing and now I won’t return although I love the location and was happy last time.

Nous sommes venus à l'hôtel Jeanne d'Arc pour la 4ème fois. Nous aimons l'emplacement dans le Marais. Cette année, faute de choix, nous avons eu une petite chambre de 14m² au 5ème étage. Il n'y avait que très peu d'espace pour se tourner et pour les valises. De plus, la salle de bain était très petite, à tel point qu'il fallait laisser la porte ouverte. De plus, avec la canicule et une petite fenêtre qui donnait soi-disant sur cour (en fait, ce n'était qu'un petit retour de bâtiment pour les tuyauteries) intérieure, nous n'avons pas très bien dormi. Nous aimons cet hôtel, mais nous ne recommandons pas une chambre de 14 m², plus haut que le 3ème étage.

la struttura è molto carina e in ottima posizione, purtroppo non è dotata di aria condizionata e abbiamo dovuto cancellare il soggiorno in quanto, nei giorni previsti a Parigi c'erano 45 gradi e la notte in camera è stata tragica. La direzione dell'hotel ha capito il problema e ha rimborsato il soggiorno non usufruito nonostante il periodo di fiera. Per questo motivo avrei dato 5 stelle poichè è raro trovare operatori così attenti

The hotel was clean,had a comfy bed, basic amenities, great location, close to Metro, restaurants and shops. Great hotel For the money. Staff was friendly and always there. Did not eat breakfast there. So many places are close by to get a quick bite and eat outside.

It was unfortunate that we were visiting and staying at this hotel during a heat wave because there was no AC in our room. We did not get one good night’s sleep during our week long stay because of how warm and humid the room was almost constantly even with the fan and portable AC machine on full blast and the windows open. However, I must acknowledge the staff were understanding and kind any time we needed anything from them. Always a smile on their face. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but the croissants and baked goods were very good quality. If you are expecting a buffet, you will only find limited options - what you need: eggs, juice, limited selection of cheese and meats. If that’s your style, you will enjoy it. Otherwise to be honest, I wouldn’t stay here again during the summer. I think it is more optimal to stay at this hotel during the colder months when you don’t need AC available.
