The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The compliment refreshments were definitely a nice touch and great to have available almost anytime. This is a charming boutique hotel and they made us feel like special guests. My only reservation was the location, it was a little tricky for our itinerary, it seemed everything was a 15min walk plus some form of transportation, it was close but sometimes not close enough.

It was so clean. And close to everything. We mostly biked everywhere so it was fun. But if you walk it will be longer. We loved the open bar that they offer from 2 pm to 2 am. Even though you get tired of it after 1-2 days but still a nice gesture since if you need juice or coffee or a snack there will be always something available. Overall we really liked the hotel.

The Hotel Joyce Astotle is a great place to stay in Paris. Friendly helpful, fun employees, like Guy, that made our stay memorable. Our room was cleaned daily, breakfast was good, and the airconditioning was fantastic and appreciated! Very clean and very safe. The breakfast room closed from 1030 to 2pm, then opened up with snacks and beverages available until 2 am. Our room was really small, and the breakfast room was a great meeting place for my large family! Good location with lots of interesting places to eat and drink.

As a solo female traveller on a business trip, I booked this hotel based on the reviews and I am so glad I did! The staff were lovely, especially the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. I usually worry mostly about the cleanliness and my room was spotless, I was very impressed and relieved. I had a Superior Double Room and it was very comfortable, did not feel cramped at all, and had tall ceilings. Air conditioning worked fine. I had breakfast there and enjoyed the little crepes. I cannot fault the place and would highly recommend! thank you to the staff of this hotel, when I visit Paris again now I know where to stay!
