Nice and affordable hotel. Really close to the Metro and Montparpasse Rail Station. Nice restaurants close to the Hotel. For some reason the AC unit was working at any room, just in the Lobby. It's going to take a couple of months to solve this issue.

Simple, practical in a fantastic location.

Great friendly spot in a fantastic location. We had a simple and practical room with a nice little balcony and a lovely view of the neighbourhood. Staff we nice, friendly and helpful.

Great place especially for short trip

Me and my friends stayed 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location with metro station a few minutes walk. There are shops, bakeries etc all in doorstep. The (twin room) room we got was basic was good and clean, was great for our duration of stay. Got cleaned everyday and the staff were lovely. Could have done with a kettle in the room though :)

A good location for a visit to the Olympics. Plenty transport options nearby and some bars / restauarants. No working air conditioning meant the room was hot. No noise from other rooms but quite a bit of traffic noise with the window open. Generally still good value for money and staff were very helpful.

Hi, very cleaned and renovated. However, the bathroom was very tiny. It would be a great idea to provide a boiler and/or a coffee maker in the room. Also, it does not make sense to me that the wifi is only available in the lobby but not in the rooms. This is not convenient at all. Unfortunately I was aware of this inconvenience only once I was there. Should I have known it before I would not have booked in this hotel.

Positively great staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and helpful. The staff at all levels is fantastic!! The rooms are quite small. Am sure the size helps with the costs. It is I believe a good value, particularly if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room: given the location, you shouldn’t. Breakfast is a flat fee €14 for adults. Coffee, tea, various juices. Boiled eggs. Yogurt. Breads. Granola, etc. Quite clean. A bus to Sainte Chapelle and Notre Dame is less than a quarter mile walk. The restaurant L’Inspiration was quite good. We went twice. It is a three minute walk. Again, we loved the staff. They will bust it to make you feel important to them.

Bare bones hotel

Room was tiny but livable. Bathroom had broken toilet seat and broken lighting bathroom. The hotel is located near transportation and that was great. But they do not note that the rooms are not air conditioned. Three people in a very small room can get quite warm. We asked why the unit turns on but does not cool and asked for it to be repaired. They said they would look into it. Was not until the day we were checking out that they told us they no longer have air conditioning. Was uncomfortable that they chose to not tell us. Also, no amenities, no place for clothing, toiletries.
