Dear Lesley,It'sgreat to read that you like our breakfast, the location of the hotel and the quarter,, the cleanless of the room.All the hot water system was out of order. The technicien came early in the morning and checked what's going one. He need to change a a technical part of the hot water appliance. He went to get it. It's why it took longer than we thought at the begining. We are very sorry about it. On the same day, you may took a shower. The hot water system was running well after that.
