The hotel was very clean and the staff was very good. It was a 2 minute walk to Gare de L'est and a 5 minute walk to Gare de Nord. It was everything we were looking for. The room was a bit small, but fine for our stay.

Conveniently located at a major transportation hub. Bright, clean, modern, eith elevators. The "cozy" rooms are really very small, even by Paris standards. But the bathroom is actually fairly spacious. I was undercharged upon check-in but it was caught at checkout and I paid the difference then. Strange error, never happened to me before.

Overall was a great hotel within a great location for getting around, would have been nice to have been informed of the building works going on within the building the hotel is in as the noise was a little unbearable at times. I understand the building work was not to do with hotel but they were aware of the work and a little heads up would have been good! Room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay.

Husbands 60th birthday. 30 minutes delayed check in. Room was clean, comfy and we would return. Kettle and tv provided. Small mini-mart on ground level next door. checked in at 2:30pm. We walked to the Louvre for tickets 4pm and made that nicely.

Had a very nice stay

We enjoyed a very nice 3 night stay here. This was the smallest room we had on our 7 city European trip, but it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's conveniently located near the train stations and very walkable to all the sites. Good value, would stay here again.

Jul 2025 • Family Lovely hotel with easy access to both Gare de Nord station (excellent if travelling to Paris on the Eurostar and it's about a 12 minute walk to the hotel). The rooms are reasonably sized and comfortable with coffee pod machine and kettle (bring your own Nespresso pods as you only get 2 for the duration of your stay). Staff were friendly and helpful, special shout out to Fallon on reception for her help answering some questions we had. Gare de es't station is right across the road which made out onward journey to Luxembourg and eventually Budapest easy. This station also has access to the metro and with one change and about 20 minutes or so you will be at the Arc de Triomphe which gives easy access to other main areas of Paris.

Room 308 - nice and clean, bed comfy and bathroom decor lovely. Breakfast good value for €14. Air con really loud during night Shower off the Bath taps - not strong at all - plug wouldn’t close so couldn’t have bath - but on the whole a good stay and so close to Gare de l’Est and Nord

Located close to train station and metro with loads of places to eat. Rooms were very small so beware if you plan on bringing lots of baggage. Some rooms are facing Main Street and it was very noisy even into the early morning hours. Not the hotel's fault at all. Better to request a room away from the Main Street.

It was conveinient to reach the hotel from from the Eurostar. Staff were friendly and flexible when we were checking in and out. The rooms were comfortable and it was overall a good stay.

The property was well maintained with touches of luxury that made our trip feel more special. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. The bedroom was compact, but we were delighted with the balcony which had a Parisian feel, and the view of Gare de l'Est and the street were fascinating to watch. We had read reviews that there was noise from the street, as would be expected in such a central area, but the double balcony doors blocked the noise well, we could only really hear sirens. The opaque wall and sliding door to the ensuite could be awkward if you are travelling as friends, but for me and my daughter it was fine, causing us a giggle when we arrived but it does actually give sufficient privacy.

In the evening there were nobody in reception for 20 minutes and the doors was locked. We should wait in the street to be able to enter to hotel😞
