We stayed in Suites 113, room is spacious and bed is comfortable. However, room is next to the main road and above the metro track. Very noisy and wont recommend staying in this room. Staff was kind and always willing to help. Will stay in the hotel on my next visit and located mins away to metro and tram station.

Our overall stay is great. The hotel is in perfect location, very close to metro station with good restaurants and bakery within 5 mins walking. They offer free tea/coffee/hot chocolate which is a bonus. Just be aware that the bathroom is very small and if you stay in 7th floor, the tiny elevator stops in 6th, which means you have to walk up 1 floor. For us, it’s no problem. Highly recommend.

Good location. Metro just right around the corner. Room size is decent. Liked the Juliet balcony & the window in the bathroom. I’m allergic to the dust , would be great if it’s not carpet floor. Overall is good!

We have chosen this hotel because it is closed to South Paris Arena 1, where we were going to watch volleyball Olympic game. We did not expected much of this, but it was a nice experience, the bed was comfy, reception was nice, a little bit far from the “Center”, but it was not a problem. Overall, we loved it!

Closed to tram makes a lot of noise And very old building. Location close to exhibition fair. You cannot sleep well because of heater noise and elevator going up and down

We had a great stay in a Junior Suite. The kids slept on the pull out and the bed was really comfortable. We arrived early and they let us sit and drink coffee and hot chocolate while we waited for our room to be ready, which they arranged to have available for us ASAP. We were delighted to find we had a full bathtub, and the water pressure and temperature was amazing. There's a cute courtyard and everyone was really great. Would definitely stay again!

The only view from our room was of a construction site. There was mould in the bathroom and stains on the carpet. The staff were very kind and helpful they advised us on how to get around locally and answered all of our questions.

Perfect package

Chose this hotel for it's location and the fact the room was soundproof. Apart from a very slight mumble from what I presume is the handy location of the underground, the room was blissfully quiet. Internet was good. Room was a tad cosy, but as I'm only sleeping there, it was fine. Breakfast was traditional with fresh bread and morning pastries. Yogurt, cereals, selection of fruit juice and choice of scrambled or boiled eggs. The breakfast staff VERY attentive in cleaning, and general helpfulness, ascwere the front desk staff. Great stay and would definitely stay again. Ps lots of nice eateries nearby.

パリ観光の際に5泊しました ○良かった点 駅からの近さ(メトロ12号線とT3Aがすぐ近く) ホテルの内装 フロントスタッフの対応 朝食 ○懸念点 清掃が行き届いていない部分あり (タオル交換されていないことが数回あった) パリ中心部からは少し遠い(20分〜) この立地と価格帯なら、かなり良いホテルだと思います。 価格を抑えて綺麗なホテルに泊まりたい方はぜひ

La struttura è piacevole ottima per prendere la metro a 20 metri linea 12, attorno all'hotel alcuni negozi panetterie e ristoranti, pulizia dell'hotel soddisfacente comfort soddisfacente forse da migliorare alcuni servizi come la tv in camera che tranne un giorno non trasmetteva canali italiani, mancava un comodino in camera suite 7' piano e bagno doccia ingresso e spazi un po scarsi ma vivibili, nel complesso ottimo per il prezzo proposto.
