Nice hotel stay, clean room, helpful staff. Across the hotel is La Boca food hall, very convenient to get food from when you're too tired to travel. Jenny's Burger is a must. Don't get food from the Japanese stall, not worth it. There is a convenient store next to La Boca, Carrefour City. Very close to Gare du Bordeaux, walkable. I will stay in this hotel again, highly recommended.

Fabulous location, lots to explore. Art, shops, cafes and bars on your doorstep. The staff at the hotel were lovely, clean towels everyday, bed made as well which we were not expecting. Our room was a little tired, unfortunately a large stain on the wall next to the bed, on the bed head too and the carpet , bathroom was extremely clean. We were only there a short time otherwise we would have mentioned them. The staff were great. Thankyou

This hotel was right by the metro which is perfect if you want to explore and not pay the high rates of touristy hotels. There are lots of amazing restaurants, cafes, boulanger within walking distance. There is no air conditioning but the large windows opened at night gave us a great cool breeze.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service
Some staff members were excellent, while other was not. The location was extremely convenient, situated right near the station and surrounded by many restaurants. I stayed during a European heatwave; while many hotels in Paris lack air conditioning—making the situation unavoidable—this hotel also had no AC, so I had to sleep with the windows wide open.

The Monmarte location was excellent, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room had a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. One staff member insisted he needed to charge us for an early morning Nespresso, but that charge was removed without us having to ask. Reasonably priced, well run hotel. Breakfast was an excellent value.
