The hotel was perfect in terms of size and standard. Very spacious and comfortable. NO ENGLISH HOT BREAKFAST food. But when checking out the staff SAID was perfect. He showed me how to download app and book trains to Provence. Very polite and professional. I will return again.

Very Parisian hotel in a good area. Really easy to get around on metro etc, and lots of really nice cafes in the area. Staff are really helpful and nice. If you are going to the Louvre it's about a 30 minute walk or you can hop on the 7 metro and it's about 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Great location. Hotel was small and quaint but the room was a great size! We were a 4 min walk to one of the main metro stations so easy to get around. Lots of cute spots to eat/drink close by too.

Great design, location & bed / Some things to note

+Great location, +great room design (instagrammic) +brilliant bed and toilet facilities +8 out of 10 breakfast. Some more options on the hot section will make it 10. - Pillows: Although 11 nights in France these were the best pillows we slept on, I think pillows need to improve as the bed is great. - Acoustics. On second floor you could hear the bed sounds when people were getting out of bed in the morning. Is an old building converted but maybe sponge pads under the bed frame can eliminate sounds - Breakfast. Not rapid replacement of items that were finished, i.e bread, eggs, water. Had to ask for all three in different instances.

Hi I’ve stayed at a few places this year in Paris and I will say for this price range, the room exceeded my expectations. I like the room a lot and layout. They made use of the size of room with amenities you hope to have in your hotel. The only issue I had is they couldn’t take Amex for room deposit and there is only 1 elevator and the cleaning staff uses it too and it really can’t fit more than 2 people at a time and only can fit 1 person with a suitcase. So there could be a wait.

Nice and clean hotel however I raised issues multiple times about the mini fridge not working in my room. They assured multiple times that maintenance will replace the fridge however they never did during our stay which was extremely disappointing. Other than that, it was a decent hotel in a great location

Lovely hotel in the great location. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and nice linens.Plenty of storage space, nespresso machine and coffee pods are a nice touch. However “complimentary water bottle” was a bottle that could of been refilled at the sink, I would suggest a sealed bottle or nothing at all .Small bathroom but with plenty of storage room and nice shower. Front desk friendly. One night it was raining and I saw a bunch of umbrellas that in most hotels are for complementary use. I asked if I can use it and mngr asked for 15EU deposit, even though 200EU was taken upon check in.That left a sour taste for me personally. Overall a beautiful property in a perfect location.

Very good location - about 300m to two metro stations, and a short walk to restaurants, pastry shops, Gare du Nord (RER), etc. Hotel staff is EXCEPTIONAL! Very professional, kind, courteous, and helpful. The hotel itself and the rooms are OK - clean, reasonable in size, but not as well-equipped, fresh or designy as they appear in photos. For example: small, thin towels, mediocre bedding, old carpets, etc. The value for the money is simply not there. I don't think this hotel, even for Paris, should be charging more than 100 euros (max) for the quality of the rooms and hotel.

The hotel was very well appointed. My room. was spacious for Europe, the bathroom was newly renovated. The wifi was not reliable. The location is a little out of the way but still walking distance to many locations on both banks. The staff was very courteous. The breakfast buffet was small but good quality. It was overpriced and I didn't like they charged for coffee and tea.

Excellent hotel, but definitely feels more like a very good 3 star hotel than a 4 star. From our room on the second floor we could very clearly hear and feel the metro every few minutes. Probably not an issue for some, or on higher floors.
