The staff is amazing I love the area, too me it feels like the Paris thst i have read about in a novel. . Love all.of rhe cafes ..The rooms are small it was three of us sharing the room. But i would stay hete again. Transportation is great walking distance to Metro. It took us a few dsys to get use to it but it great to used during the day.. Subway are very clean. .

Nice location, very welcoming staff and thats not usual in Paris. Good wifi, breakfast was also pretty big and tasty. The onlybdrawback was thw size of the room very small and door in shower was missing

Perfect for 2 nights away on the Eurostar to Paris

We wanted a hotel a short walk from the Eurostar and with a station close by for getting around. So this hotel is perfect for that. Staff were so helpful and warm. Would have love a proper hairdryer than the wall mounted one. Lots a great restaurants on the doorstep. Breakfast was lovely.

Excellent "Accueil", staff at reception willing to help and always with a smile. Many advices received Bkf room small but full of variety sweet and salted served by ultra efficient staff. Room clean and serviced every day. Located between two metro station and steps away from Pigalle and above all, Montmartre. Really good choice, if we will be back, surely htl Villa Margaux will be our home in Paris. Reccomended!!!

Disappointing Stay – Not As Advertised We booked a Comfort Room based on the photos online, but what we got looked nothing like what was advertised. The room was very outdated, and the beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, and the room was uncomfortably hot the entire time. Overall, the stay was not what we expected, and we wouldn’t book here again.

Subpar hotel, not what we paid for

The room was nowhere near what we expected, we had two single beds even though we asked for a double and there were holes in the quilt covers. The bedroom door did not lock and we felt extremely unsafe and had to put a chair under the door. The room smelt of sewers, there was no lock on the bathroom door and the shower did not have a door therefore the tiny bathroom was flooded if we used the shower. The staff at reception were rude and laughed at us when asked any questions. The only positive about this hotel was the location. Would not stay again and would not recommend! Would not listen to any of our complaints at all.

The photographs of the property are completely different to the actual room. We were ground floor, the shower was just a wet room with a curtain which water leaked through on to the floor of the bedroom. The man we met on reception on our first few days was lovely very helpful and welcoming but that was the only good thing about it. The train or underground is so loud, the walls in the hotel are so thin you can hear people flush the toilet or run water. We were ground floor so had to leave our curtains shut at all times - very expensive for what it is, wouldn’t go back.
