Really rude staff member

Some of the staff were really rude to us. They promised air condition, but one staff member kept explaining that there was not such thing. She got really mad to me. With other staff member we got air condition working for the whole hotel since it was disabled remotely. Also we were promised a free breakfast, but the rude staff member kept saying there was no such thing.. only for one of our family member. I showed the reservation to the nicer staff member and he said ok to free breakfast. I really did not understand why one of the staff members were really rude to us. She did not bother figure out things... just said no. Never again.

Transporte perto e lojas. O hotel para Eurodisney da 15 minutos de transporte. Gostei muito do hotel, fomos muito bem recebidos e bem limpo. O transporte em Paris, e muito bom, são interligados (trem, metro e ônibus) e para no aeroporto.

2persoonskamer was echt heel klein. Je kan je spullen niet goed kwijt. De douche was ook heel klein. Maar het hotel ligt goed bereikbaar van de metro en winkekcentrum. Ze hebben een optie om eten te laten bezorgen. Het ontbijt was simpel maar goed.

Small rooms but clean and comfortable.

Great location for a stay after a holiday in Disneyland Paris. Easy to find . Very close to the train station and a huge shopping centre too . Rooms were compact but clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Would’ve loved tea and coffee making facilities in the room but other than that a great stay .

It is a typical bidget hotel with limited room space. Not much storage available and bathrooms are very narrow. You will find limitations like no kettle, or other aminities in the room.. main advantage is its close to train station.
