We had a small issue when we checked in. We let the Hotel staff member know right away. Laura went above and beyond to correct the small issue and took excellent care of us from that point on. It’s customer service like that , that makes your whole trip. We would stay there again.

This hotel was perfect as our flight into Paris landed at late at night. It is really close to the airport and less than a 5 min walk to the closest train station to get into the centre of Paris easily the next day. It was clean, well maintained and had good aircon!!

All good, but you are in an industrial/ business park, which is beautiful and well kept, but on Sundays not one restaurant or supermarket is open, which is a problem when you arrive at the hotel and had no lunch or dinner. There is a big Mall about 13km away which is open on a Sunday. The train station and bus station is close by, but nobody knows how the bus direction works, not even the drivers, (maybe not willing to help) we ran from one side to the other to get on the right bus that will take us to the Mall. (Remember in France you have to have the Navigo pass loaded to be able to use the transport facilities. Transport is Cashless.

Loved the staff, the room, the hot water and great water pressure, fully stocked bathroom, comfy pillows and blankets and a great night sleep. Ten mins from the airport! You can’t beat it!

The room was clean overall. However, under the bed, I found some things that were left behind by previous guests. The bed, on the other hand, was great, as was the air conditioning. I needed an iron for an important event, but there wasn’t one in my room or at the front desk, and they were unable to provide me with one. The rooms are not well insulated, and since pets are allowed, I was woken up very early by another guest’s dog barking. The barking continued for more than an hour.

Air conditioning was not working. It was only blowing out warm air. The temperature was 38 degrees plus and the rooms were impossible to be comfortable in, especially for our young children. Breakfast options were very limited for vegetarians with no signs or ingredients for allergy sufferers. It was a waste of money paying for breakfast. Our key cards continuously stopped working. This meant having to request staff practically every time to re-programme them. You could not get into the rooms or upstairs without the cards and it was very frustrating. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The rooms were cleaned daily but they were very compact in size. All in all, this hotel should not be rated as 4 stars.

We weren't expecting much from this hotel as it was $100 CAD for the night and was close to the airport. We spent $25 euros on a cab from the airport, upon check-in we stood at the counter while the man sat there talking on a cell phone, another woman arrived with drinks from the bar. Without looking up he asked for a passport and a credit card so we could pay the city taxes. We arrive in our room it's tidy. We want to find a place for dinner and the guy at the front sent us to some discount outlet mall down the road and said there were many options. Subway, burger King and one halal restaurant . Upon returning to the hotel we noticed we only had one towel in the room. No hand towels in the washroom just one large towel. We went down to ask if someone could bring some more up and they seemed confused that we may need more than one towel between us. The following morning the hairdryer didn't work. We went downstairs to checkout and asked them to call us a cab to the airport. 15 minutes later someone shows up and we get in and I ask where the taxi meter is and he says no meter flat rate 40 euros. No thanks. We go back inside and I ask him to call an actual taxi company and he said that's the price. We left we walk literally one block away and took the city bus to the airport for 4.05 euros for the two of us.You get what you pay for.

Not very focused on tbe guest experience. We reported the smell of urine in the washroom and it was not resolved. Housekeeping would not remove coffee cups from the room while making it up… “not my job”. Same housekeeping person left their access keys in our room and nobody saw how this was a personal security issue. I would look at other options before booking here.

The place could be good but it’s just not well maintained. I got the suite, the side of the couch was totally broken off, the AC was not working, bathroom door would get stuck, marks on the walls, ect… Also, the TV was really small, there was no mini fridge, the sink is tiny and the picture of outside on Expedia is not even the right golden tulip hotel. Anyways, just not great all around.
