Lorsque nous sommes arrivés devant l'hotel, il n'y avait pas d'accueil, nous avons du attendre une bonne vingtaine de minutes avant l'arrivée de l'hotesse. Ensuite, dans la chambre, la télé ne marchait pas ni le chauffage.

Accueil et rapport qualité-prix au top
Très bon rapport qualité - prix pour un petit hôtel local très propre avec accueil parfait. Bon petit déjeuner Standart avec baguette fraîche fromage blanc, compote, jus d’orange, boisson chaude. À moins de 9€, région parisienne à proximité immédiate d’une station RER (<200m) dans quartier calme, option restauration à 500m. Une adresse très intéressante selon moi.

Bonne réception mais vrai chambre froide
Arrivé en dehors des heures d’accueil donc super réception de la part de l’hôte qui a sus se montrer à notre disposition. Point négatif chambre glacial même avec le peu de chauffage présent, impossible de marcher pied nue au sol car tout est couvert de carrelage. Quant à l’intimité il faudras y revenir entre les portes et fenêtre qui donne sur la cours avec du passage tout au long de la nuit et les murs qui ne sont pas très épais..

Un hôtel qui vous fera préférer les indépendants
Quelle jolie surprise ! Tant au niveau de la gentillesse de l'accueil, que de la prestation (confort de la literie, décoration, propreté...). Les chambres sur cour sont absolument charmantes... et tranchent totalement avec la banalité de la façade de l'immeuble. L'hôtellerie est une vocation, Le Figuier en est la démonstration.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. + Zimmer sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. + Wasserkocher und Tee waren vorhanden. Für ein zwei Sterne Hotel top. + Personal sehr freundlich. +/- Wir haben einmal das Zimmer gewechselt, weil das Bett nur 140 cm breit war und wir schlecht schliefen. Neues Zimmer mit 160 cm Bett war viel besser. - Restaurant war kalt weil die Außentüren die ganze Zeit offen waren. - Sehr einfaches Frühstück mit nur Baguette und Marmelade und Aufschnitt. Wir haben selber unser Frühstück versorgt. - Im zweiten Badezimmer war der Duschvorhang zu kurz und der Boden dementsprechend nass.

Thought it was odd we had to check in on the phone and text a number if we wanted breakfast. The room was clean, but very small so you are extremely limited on where you can put your bags being there was about a foot of space from the bed to the walls all around. We uad no idea how to connect to the Wifi. The hotel is also right by a few bars, so during the weekend expect to be up all night with all of the screaming and noise from the bars and people fighting. It is also very hard to find parking. Amenities said we had A/C available, we had a heater. It also said we would have a hair dryer, we did not have one. So i had to walk around with wet hair throughout my trip because i did not pack one.

Dear Sir or Madame, Very sorry that you didn't enjoyed your staying. Indeed, during the week-end we are not always here, we ask customers to call to let us know their arrival time. moreover, I just had a baby so I cannot stay all the time standing up unfortunatly. We are a very small structure only 7 rooms that's why I need to know who takes breakfast or not to buy the fresh bread. Normally it's wriiten on expedia that the standard room is only 10m², si there should be no surprise. Same for the A/C it's only for the confort room, it is absulutely not said that standard and classical have A/C. if it's the case then this is not our mistake because I never lie about the accomidities in my hotel. regarding the hair dryer we have them but since few months there are in the laundry because customer take them so I had each time to buy new ones! if you just have asked I would have given you one. We leave very close from the hotel and there is a gardian on the 1st floor. Regarding the noise, it doesn't arrive so often, sometimes in the week-end it can be noisy unfortunatly but not each time. don't hesitate to call me or write if you need more answers. Impossible dormir
Pas d’air conditionné. Avec 34° degrés à l’extérieur, impossible dormir jusqu’a 2h du matin et après avoir pris une douche froide. J’ai du laisser les fenêtres ouvertes toute la nuit. Ça ne rassure pas trop quand la chambre se trouve au RDC à côté de la cour. Ce n’est pas ce que je attendais après avoir vu les photos. Pas recommendable pour un séjour d’affaires. Personnel très acueiilant

Bonjour Monsieur, Je suis désolée pour la mauvaise nuit que vous avez passé. Effectivement pour avoir la climatisation il faut choisir la chambre confort. Il n'y a aucun risque à dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Nous sommes connus à Ivry et personne ne viendrais embêter mes clients et il y a un portail fermé avant de pénétrer au RDC. Ma clientèle est essentiellement une clientèle d'affaires. ils apprécient le côté calme et familial du Figuier. Je comprends votre position et malheureusement il y a des moments ou on ne peut pas être apprécié de tous. je vous souhaite une bonne continuation. Cordialement, Sabrina.

Schönes Hotel, Gegend war nicht so toll, aber wir waren auch nicht fürs Sightseeing dort. Bahnhof Ivry sur Seine in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das traditionelle Restaurant Chez Alain in Ivry sur Seine. Super Küche und nur ca. 800m vom Hotel entfernt.

Wonderful experience
This is a small, locally owned and operated hotel and restaurant. The owner answers the phone and is ever-present on site. I was upgraded to a larger room without asking just because it was available. I ate a traditional French breakfast and a lunch in the restaurant which caters to the local crowd in the neighborhood. Great food. Locally sourced ingredients and daily specials by their full time chef. Very friendly and accommodating staff. This NOT a large hotel chain. If that’s your objective then go to a Hilton. However if you want a more intimate experience and want to eat like the neighborhood locals, this is a great option.

The restaurant is cheerful; the entrance to the rooms (next door) is a little depressing, but the rooms themselves are clean, adequate, and not expensive, by Paris standards. This is a good and convenient base for exploring Paris; maybe not so good if you intend to spend lots of time vegging out in the room itself.

Great place minus being outside Paris - it is an hour each way to get into the heart of Paris. Otherwise recommend
