Worth the stay

We extended our stay and i would say from the first room and the second room there pros and cons in both the bed was hard as a rock in the second room cleaning service was spectacular very attentive close to the tram and train station very quiet area would recommend staying here

The primary downside of this space is that there is no air conditioning. So if you happen to catch a heatwave during your stay, it will be hard to sleep. Otherwise it was like an upscale dorm or youth hostel. Not many bells and whistles, but clean, quite and a staff that was very helpful. It is about a 10 min walk to metro and so keep this in mind if you have difficulties walking. Oh, and a gym exists but it's poorly maintained.

Basic hotel , good location for Bercy Easy access to metro. We were arriving late as flight delayed , tried calling property several times ,it rang them cut off . Messages property questions a few days before arrival , no answer , so this could be improved

The breakfast is a good thing even if additional. I wished there were more closer places to eat. It was close to transportion. I never felt unsafe. I wished the aircon on the bedrooms were better. Room and bathroom were great. I did have some issues with the hot water as the shower would go cold at times.

There was only ever one person on the desk who worked really hard but really there needed to be two. We had three rooms, all were clean. It was not possible to open the window in one of the rooms which made it very hot, the fan just moved the hot air around the room. The transport links were good. Food choices in the area were international rather than french.

The property itself was clean and quiet. We got a family suite (a room with two beds (4 singles) and a small sofa. There were pieces missing on the wall corners and stains on the carpet and bedding. The closest subway is 800 meters away and it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere near an attraction. I would t walk there after dark. However on the opposite direction is a cute community. The listing didnā€™t mention if there was AC. There was not. My bad for assumin. was blazing hot. Canā€™t open the window for the busy road.

This is a no-frills hotel that offers good value for the price, especially if you are looking for a simple place to stay before a flight. I stayed here for just one night to get to Orly Airport the following morning. While the nearest Metro Line 14 station (which goes directly to the airport) was about a 20-minute walk away, it was a manageable commute for my purposes. On the positive side, the room was very clean and well-maintained. Although the room did not have air conditioning, an electric fan was provided. Because it was warm, I kept the window open, but since my room was on the ground floor, a few mosquitoes got in. In retrospect, a room on a higher floor might have prevented this issue.

The stay was just so-so. Unfortunately, there was no hot water, which took away one of the basic comforts you expect from a hotel. No microwave, no AC, and no kettle for hot water. It was basically just a place to sleep. Breakfast was good, but if you came down around 9:00 AM, there was less food available, and they didnā€™t refill it. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the metro station.
