다음엔 머물지 않을겁니다.
스탠드 조명뿐이라 매우 어둡고 심지어 독서등 하나는 고장났습니다. 룸서비스는 유일하게 QR코드로만 주문해야하는데 연결이 안됩니다. 인터넷 속도가 매우 느리며(와이파이 안테나가 점 한개 뜨거나 아예 연결되지 않음) 심지어 숙박 중간에 비밀번호가 바뀌었는데 알려주지도 않았습니다. 룸 카드키 한 개를 방에 두고 나갔는데 저녁에 입실해보니 사라졌고, 컨시어지에 얘기하니 미안하다는 말도 없었습니다. 엘리베이터에서 룸 카드키가 인식이 잘 안되는 것은 다반사입니다. 로비에 커피머신이 있지만 시간 제한적으로 운영합니다. 방 하나는 먼저 체크아웃 하는 것으로 커넥티드 룸을 예약했는데, 저녁에 입실해보니 커넥티드룸의 문이 열린 상태였습니다. 옆방에는 이미 다른 투숙객이 입실해있었구요. 심지어 컨시어지에서는 이 사실을 전혀 몰랐습니다. 전반적으로 직원들의 태도가 친절하지 않습니다. 신도시라는 점과 지하철역이 가깝다는 것만 장점입니다.

주차장 약도가 필요함
주차장 찾기가 너무 힘들었음. 네비게이션이 이 지역을 인식하지 못해서 계속 오류. 고가도로와 지하도 지상도로가 많아서 길이 어려움. 호텔 도착해서도 주차장이 두 군데로 나뉘며 입구에서 좌회전해야 전용 주차장 나옴.

관리 상태가 엉망입니다
일단 건물은 지은지가 얼마안되서 깨끗한 편이지만 관리상태가 엉망입니다. 난방이 안되고, 화장실 욕조도 엉망이고, 불만사항을 말해도 처리가 안되는 등 해결해야 할 것이 많습니다. 일하는 사람들도 게으르고 아무튼 비추합니다.

시설은 훌륭했으나 서비스는 그닥.
5일동안 숙박했습니다.방 정보에 욕조가 있었지만 체크인하여 방을 보니 욕조는 없었어요. 잘 못 된 정보라고 어플 탓을 하더군요. 미니바 무료이용 가능하여 굉장히 편리했습니다. 전반적으로 만족은 했지만 리셉션 직원과 마찰이 있어서 평점은 낮아요. 지하철역 바로 앞이라 이동성이 좋았고, 현대식 룸과 분위기는 충분히 만족했습니다.

최악의 호텔을 만나다!!! 부킹닷컴에서 엑스피디아로 옮기고 첫 호텔예약인데 완전 여행을 망쳐 버렸음. 이틀동안 있었던 일 간략하게 적어 보냄 1. 호텔 예약시 메세지로 주차 예약 문의 후 예약 했으나. 예약 당일 어렵게 들어간 호텔 주차장에는 빈자리가 없어 주차장문의 하러 프론트에 갔는데 자리가 없다고 옆에 주차장으로 차를 옮기라는 얘기 듣는데 30분 넘게 기다림, 2. 그것도 긴 줄 기다리다 차에서 기다리는 사람 때문에 호텔 가드한테 부탁해서 빨리 처리 된것임. 3. 어렵거 먼곳에 주차를 하고 체크인하러 갔는데 기다림의 체크인 하는데 1시간 30분도 더 걸림. 4. 체크인 중 업그레이드 추천 하다고 해서, 기분 전환겸 방 업그레이드 하였으나. 2+1 예약 했는데 방에 들어 가니 2인 배드 방이고, 옆쪽으로 에펠탑이 쬐금 보임..이것도 업그레이드 인가 싶음. 5. 방에 전화도 없고 프론트 전화가 안되니 방 이상있으면, 당연히 고객님이 또 그 긴줄을 다시 서서 문의 해야 했음(추가 배드 설치 해주겠다고 함.) 6. 체크인 시간이 예상보다 길어져서, 추가배드 확인 안하고 외출 하고 왔는데, 외출 하고 들어 오니 추가 배드가 없음. 7. 이문제를 얘기 하려고 다시 프론트로 내려갔는데 고객은 또 기다려야 함. 8. 기다려서 얻은 대답은 추가 배드없다고 직원이 난 해줄수 없으니 기다리던지 그건 맘대로 하라고 함.(말투가 배째라였음)그 시간이 밤 11시가 넘어 가고 있었는데..강력하게 얘기 했는데 소용 없음. 9. 방에서 기다리다 셋이 좁은데서 잠. 10. 아침에 밥 먹으러 내려갔는데 완전 사람 많음. 그건 이해 하지만, 서빙하는 사람 태도며 얼굴인상이 완전 썩어 있었음. 자리 새로 셋팅 하는데 치우는거 보니 밥 먹을 생각이 완전 없어져서 한 10분 분을 삭히고 밥 먹기 시작 함. 11. 다음날엔 추가 배드 해 줄 줄 알았는데 외출 후 확인 하니 안 되어 있어, 셋이 침대 두개에 쪼그려 잠. 12. 다음날도 아침 먹으러 갔는데, 아침 먹는 명단에 우리방이 빠져 있음. 여기 손님 줄세우는게 특기임. 13. 전체적으로 생각해서 이 호텔은 호텔도 아님. 무늬만 호텔이고 서비스며 직원이며 일처리 및 마이드 자체가 아주 뒷쳐져 있음. 3류여관도 이것보다 좋을꺼 같음. 총체적인 난국임. 완전 비추천 가시면 최악을 경험 할꺼임. 결론.내 생애 최악의 호텔이 되어 버렸고, 최악의 파리여행이 되어 버렸음. 좋은점 한가지. 아침식사시 오물렛 해주는 일당 백 주방장 아저씨가 이 호텔 총지배인 해야 할듯.

호텔은 좋지만 주변 지하철이외 교통수단 이용은 불편함
파리에서 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔이었음. 지하철로 파리 시내 이동에는 20분여 걸려 이동하는데는 불편함이 없었음. 다만 우버를 이용하기에는 이 호텔을 찾지 못해 고생함. 인포에서 알려준 바로 옆 이비스호텔로 검색해도 우버기사가 취소를 함. 그래도 스위트룸을 상당히 저렴한 가격으로 가족이 이용하기에는 괜찮은 선택이었음. 그리고 주변에 마트가 없으니 미리 사서 입실하는것이 좋음.

When I checked out, I requested to split the bill for room charge and mini-bar. And I told to the person at the reception that I will pay the mini-bar charge with cash, but she took my credit card and pay without double check. So i need to split the invoice at least room charge/minibar but she refused to split. This is very simple request to do, but refused and very embarrased. I wish for the future guests would not experience this kind of inconvenience.

아주 편안하고 좋은 호텔입니다.
아내와 함께하는 첫 파리 여행에서 라데팡스에서 마지막 숙소로 멜리아 호텔로 정했는데 정말 후회 없이 만족 스러웠습니다. 편안함은 물론 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨고 더레벨 무료 라운지는 저녁에 쉬면서 와인이나 위스키 등을 편안하게 할수 있어 새로운 즐거움이었습니다. 주변 지하철역과 쇼핑몰까지의 접근성 또한 너무 좋았습니다.

It took 40 minutes to check in, because desk was some problem. But he was forget to say 'I am sorry.' He was very unkind. His name was Maxmilliano. Brakefast restrant was too small. There was no free water. Two glasses cup were located on sink, dirty water was spreaded on those. ... Hotel building was good to see, but too uncomfortable to stay. I think that hotel has no value.

Nice stay
Nice stay. The staffs are very friendly but the problem is the hotel is very isolated. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

일반적인 파리 호텔 대비 매우 깔끔하고 쾌적합니다. 다만 체크인당시 룸 쓰레기통이 안비워져있어 컴플레인했고, 늦겨울 대비 룸 온도가 따뜻하진 않았습니다(평균21도 최대24도로 설정되어 있음). 조식은 소시지 오믈렛 치즈 과일 빵 쿠키 쥬스 커피 요거트 등 준비되어 있고 훌륭합니다. Esplanade de la defense역에서 30초거리라 위치도 좋습니다.

파리중심가 접근성 최고
일단 지하철역 바로앞에 호텔이 있어서 늦은 밤에 들어가도 안전하구요 오히려 파리중심지 호텔에 묵을경우 호텔까지 골목골목 걸어다니는것보다 안전했습니다. 호텔바로앞 지하철1호선타고 파리 중심가 중요지역을 어디든지 쉽게 갈수 있어서 좋았습니다. 게다가 역구간이 짧아서(1분) 파리 중심까지 5~15분이면 어디든지 갈 수 있습니다. 깨끗하고 친절했습니다. good things: Since the hotel is right in front of the metro, you don't have to wander finding your hotel at the first day in Paris,. It means that it is very safe location. You can enjoy your trip until late at night, you just take a metro and take off, walk about 20 steps, then hotel is right there waiting for you. Eventhough it is located in the outskirts of Paris, you can easily get to center of the city by metro(line 1) very shortly. (the interval between stations is only 1 min) soso: breakfast was disappointed. Menu is not enough.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is in the financial district, we felt very safe exploring and in the evening. Lots of restaurants and the arena for us was a 15 minute walk.

Excellent and attentive staff...
Extremely helpful staff! They immediately responded to the issues I am highlighting below. An A/C system that was difficult to control with instructions only in French (the staff had to come twice to address) and not enough pressure in the sink and shower. Both of these were addressed by the tremendously helpful staff of the Melia. What couldn't be addressed because it is due to the poor architectural design of the building is the wasted space in the suite (hence why the hotel despite its efforts cannot be considered eco-friendly) and no sink in the toilet closet forcing you to have to go around to the main bathroom to wash your hands.
