Situated right next to Val de Fontenay RER station. Easy access to central Paris or Disneyland.A shopping mall is just a minute away. Room is big and bed is rather comfortable. Will definitely stay there next time in Paris.

Brian was very helpful and immediately assisted us when needed. The property was clean, very close to subway leading to city in one direction and Disney in the other. There is a mall around the corner that has fast food open late. 1st time staying at a Mercure hotel and will consider staying with them in the future.

Bathrooms smell like mildew ventalation doesnt work in most of rooms. So if you shower it makes mildew smell worse. Mattresses are hard as rock and very stained up. Room 701 matress looks blood stained. Hotel right next to train tracks and city bus depot. Shopping mall 5 min walk away.

This was the best place to stay for our trip to Paris. 1st amazing thing about this place it’s right in the middle in zone 2 meaning 30 minutes to the heart of Paris and 30 minutes to Disneyland Paris. It was perfect for us as we were just landing to see Paris for 3 days and then 3 days in Disneyland Paris. The rooms are so clean and nice with a water dispenser near the elevator. We also liked the garden area of the hotel it was beautiful. The mall is near by with a lot of fast food options but we went to the market to get some food to eat at the effile tower. This hotel was so close to the metro exit less than 2 min. The staff so friendly and speak English. I will come back to this hotel again it was that amazing!!!!

The hotel is well positioned close to the Rer A and E train line, which meant a direct 30 minute journey to Disney and in the opposite direction a 20 minute direct train line to central Paris. Nearby shops, restaurants just metres away all made staying there worthwhile. Very helpful staff and clean rooms. Filtered water machine in main corridor big bonus. My only bitter sweet point was that check in is really late, 3pm ! And as I had young children I opted to access room early at 11.30am at a cost of 50 Euros……. Stung a bit , especially as the hotel was barely occupied, and of course all rooms were ready. I did email them a week earlier seeking an early check in but never got a reply.

Amazing stay

It was a good stay for ky family. The area is both close to Disney and Centre even the metro is just putside the hotel. Hotel room is always attended by the houskeeping team.

The receptionist on our first night was extremely helpful, welcoming and professional. The only downside was the fact they the restaurant was closed for the weekend. Other than that we had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here to anyone with a family or on business. The water dispenser was a real bonus

Super hôtels, les personnels trés sympa et accueillant. Les chambres aussi tout était parfait sauf la femme de chambre est venu dans notre chambre 2x a 9h pour nettoyer c’est un peu irrespectueux . Car la sortie est a 12h mais si non 9/10 Il y’a la gare RER A juste devant donc RAS

Ne croyez pas les promesses de l'accueil!!

Comment accepter une chambre pas chauffée alors qu’il fait -2°C dehors C'est franc inacceptable et surtout quand on vous assure que le technicien va passer .. On obtient finalement un chauffage d'appoint avec un ventilateur qui vous empêche de dormir.. donc soit on a froid et on ne dort pas soit il y a du bruit et on ne dort toujours pas!!!
