The property was nice, clean, close to transportation. I felt the building and rooms are a bit tight/small. They provided cups and utensils, fresh towels everyday. Very nice staff and helpful

Ils m’ont débité 100€ au lieu de faire une pré autorisation… et ne m’ont toujours pas remboursé malgré mes relances. Chambre mal insonorisée, j’ai eu du mal à m’endormir à cause des bruits de passage et personne qui parlent

Die Unterkunft macht von außen und insgesamt einen guten Eindruck, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber ebenfalls sehr modern eingerichtet. Im Bad selbst haben wir leider an der Decke Schimmel in den Ecken entdeckt und am Abend der ersten Übernachtung sind Ameisen aus der Dusche (aus der Ecke) gekrabbelt und auch im Zimmer neben der Kochecke gab es Ameisen. Die Parkplatzsituation, aufgrund einer Baustelle, war schrecklich. Am Hotel selbst gab es keine Parkplätze und an der Straße war durch Anwohner alles belegt, wir suchten täglich 30 Min. einen freien Parkplatz. Unser Zimmer war ansonsten bis auf die Ameisen, sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett war mit 1,40 m als Doppelbett ebenfalls klein aber bequem. Auf den Hinweis der Ameisen beim Check-out gab es bedauerlicherweise nur ein „Das tut mir leid“. Insgesamt daher keine Empfehlung preislich war es mit den Rahmenbedingungen akzeptabel, aber es wird keine Wiederholung geben.

Excellent hôtel, excellent séjour

Très propre, personnel aimable, pensez a demander un lit, ou emportez en un pour les petit de moins de 3 ans, pas de parking a proximités, sensible des odeur j'ai juste été incommodé par le parfum de la chambre, sinon tout c'est très bien passée.

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité prix

Très bon séjour dans un cadre très agréable, conforme au descriptif. Je recommande cet hotel. Le petit plus, un petit déjeuné de courtoisie est offert et il est généreux (viennoiseries, jus de fruit, café...)

Pas de parking, pas d'ascenseur, pas de salle pour le petit déjeuner (coin aménagé de 20cmx 50cm avec 2 croissants un un pichet de jus de fruit à température ambiante), plaque électrique du logement en erreur (non fonctionnelle), pas de débit d'eau chaude dans la douche, pas de sèche cheveux (à priori volé par le précédent occupant)...

Très Déçu

Plus jamais! Suite à des travaux dans la rue et prévus depuis un moment (j’ai contacté la mairie) Quand on réserve, on ne vous prévient pas ! Par contre, on encaisse votre agent. J’ai éservée à la semaine puisque mon poste m’oblige à me déplacer sur toutes la France. Le jour de mon arrivée, impossible de me stationner suite aux fameux travaux. Étant handicapé, je ne peux pas me déplacer comme je le veux ! J’ai contacté l’hôtel mais personne ne prends de décision. On me réponds : faut voir avec l’un des responsables mais ils ne sont pas là (trop facile). Ne pouvant pas me stationner, donc pas de possibilité d’avoir accès à l’hôtel, je ne peux y dormir. J’ai donc dû me retrouver un hôtel. Rapidement. Jusqu’à présent c’est le seul hôtel que je connais avec tous les déplacements que je fais qui est aussi non commerçant. Que l’on m’encaisse la 1ere nuit ok mais pas les autres. Résultat 410€ de perdu mais pour l’hôtel, on peut relouer la chambre donc jack pot. Sachez me que mon véhicule n’aurait pas été percuté si je n’avait pas à tourné comme une dingue pour essayer d’accéder à votre hôtel suite au travaux et en plus vous ne prévenez pas vos clients !!! Qui sait le nombre de personne qui on subit la même chose que moi ! Bref plus jamais ….
