We picked for the location and amenities but we did not expect the service the staff provided from check in thru stay always helpful friendly and went out of way to ensure we had a great stay. Only regret is using expedia for the booking.

Great experience! Clean, luxurious, and comfortable environment. Special thanks to Mamadou, Thierno, Marco, Maeva, Jesem, and Helen, they provided top level concierge services. We love the breakfasts too, some of the best baguettes we’ve ever had!

We enjoyed our stay at Mondovi Luxury Suites. Traveling as a family of six (two adults and four kids), the spacious accommodation provided lots of room for us. The two-bedroom suite with one pull-out bed worked very well. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the two bathrooms were well-equipped. The location was fantastic, putting us within walking distance to almost everywhere. The area was excellent—safe and comfortable for walking at night. Finally, friendly staff were there to greet us at both check-in and check-out. Highly recommend.

We have a wonderful stay at the hotel. Even though we booked only the studio but it’s huge for the 3 of us. The staffs are very friendly, welcoming and always checked in with us to see if we need anything. Couple of times we came back while the cleaning was going on the staff would make us comfortable at the bar area. We were surprised by a box of small gift one night we came back, very generous and thoughtful of the hotel. The location also is close pretty much to everything you’ll need to visit Paris.

The location was perfect. In a prime area, but on a quiet street. Steps from the Jardin des Tuileries. Everything about the hotel was perfect - the check-in process was smooth, the security to get into the building is a nice perk, and the rooms were immaculate. Spacious for our family of 5 and was extremely clean and modern. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice surprise! We would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the best hotels I have ever been to! The staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were spotless, spacious and really comfortable and location was perfect being in the central of Paris but in a peaceful alley. I highly recommend this hotel! I wish I could have stayed longer! I rarely write any reviews but after the service that I got this is the least I can do!

Great stay. Perfect combination of an apartment with hotel services. Front desk staff were great. I received a WhatsApp contact and all requests were met immediately. Room was fantastic with great showers and comfortable beds. We had an issue with one of the TVs that took a few hours to fix which was our one issue. Overall great stay. Will be back hopefully.

Hotel was in the center of city and could walk to most places like the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Opera. A lot of restaurants near by and still in quite ally. Hotel was very clean. Staff was attentive. Overall very positive experience.

Nothing but great things to say about this hotel! Everything was spectacular. Location is great, nearby with walking distance to everything. The staff at Mondovi was amazing. A huqe thank you to Héléne and her team. Special thank you to Naëva in particular for helping out arranging flowers and decorations to our room, it was truly beautiful! If you are looking for a hotel with a spacious room, exquisite design and warm and friendly staff - this is the hotel for you. Location is second to none. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
