Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Vi bookede opholdet og modtog en bekræftelse på mail fra Hotels.com, om at bookingen var gået igennem. Men da vi ankom til stedet, var det sket en fejl og der var en dobbeltbooking af lejligheden. Det var anden gang på vores tur, at vi stod uden hotel/lejlighed. Så vi måtte i gang igen med at finde anden overnatningsmulighed. Det var enormt svært at finde et telefonnummer til Hotels.com for evt at få dem til at hjælpe. De svarede dog hurtigt igen, da jeg næste dag fandt en e-mailadresse, jeg kunne kontakte dem på.
