Overall, the location of the hotel is nice. The only thing that I would complain is the smell in the hallway. It smells like fried garlic and onion all day and night.

They are doing renovations, which caused some inconvenience. However, the staff more than made up for it! In particular, concierge Adrien was delightful. He not only encouraged me to speak as much French as I could, he also took an interest in what we were doing and made some excellent suggestions. We looked forward to seeing him every day!

The staff here were amazing! Our baggage got lost by the airlinr and they were so helpful in pointing out where to purchase things. They kept in touch by messaging when we were out to keep us informed that they'd been contacted by the delivery company. Our holiday got off to such a bad start but the staff really made us feel so much better. The room decoration was lovely and the location was perfect - 2 minute walk from the Louvre and the Palais Royale. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location close to the Louve with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. They are renovating parts of the hotel and we stayed in a recently renovated room that was spacious and clean with robes, towel warmer and Nespresso machine. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Paris.

We paid for an upgrade and stayed in the two suits on the sixth floor. The one we stayed as parents was arguably the best room in the hotel. Fully modern with a bath tub and spacious with a sitting area and balconies. I would stay here anytime. The wardrobe was great feature and so was the coffee machine. The staff is super helpful.

We loved our stay at the Normandy Hotel! The location is fantastic, perfect if you want to be close to the Louvre, Rue Saint-Honoré, the Opéra area, and many of Paris’s main attractions. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The rooms are on the smaller side, but there were two of us in the room and we fit comfortably. If you have the option to book one of the larger rooms, I think it would definitely be worth it. Having the taqueria and the crêpe place right at the hotel was also incredibly convenient and worked wonderfully for a quick and easy meal. And I have to mention the bed, the mattress was AMAZING! Honestly, one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. After walking around Paris all day, it was heaven!
