내 최고의 파리 숙박장소
좋은 점 1. 더블베드 2개, 소파베드 1개로 예약하였는데 더블베드가 있는 방 2개(방간 이동 가능, 욕실 2개)를 제공해 줘서 저희 가족 5명이 매우 편하게 5일 밤을 보냈습니다. 2. 42도까지 올라간 날이었으나 에어컨이 너무 시원하게 작동되어 매우 편했음(심지어 감기까지 걸렸어요.ㅠㅠ) 3.주차장(Parking Valmy Liberté / AB Parc)이 파리 시내와 달리 매우 넓고, 지하 1층에 호텔 전용 구역이 있고 가격도 저렴(1박당 20유로)해서 너무 좋았어요. 4. 지하철 8호선 liberte역이 호텔 앞에 바로 있고 같은 건물 1층에 마트(anchan)와 약국이 있어서 생필품 구매하기도 너무 좋았어요 5. 간선도로 바로 옆에 있어 차로 접근하기도 매우 좋았구요 6. 매일 크리닝을 해줘서 안락하게 보냈습니다

무난한 호텔
출장으로 다녀왔습니다. 외곽이라 시내 관광용으로는 좀 멀지 않나 싶네요. 주변에 먹을곳도 많이 없어요. 까르푸 까지는 걸어서 15분 가량 걸립니다. 객실이나 서비스는 평균 수준. 전반적으로 무난합니다.

The location of this hotel was good, easy to find the metro, restaurants and supermarkets. The room itself was reasonable and bed comfortable enough, size was good but decor needed a refresh. Our only issue was the replacement of facilities when our room was being made up, for example not enough tea bags or none at all, not replacing soap when finished, needing to ask for toilet roll as not replaced or very low. As my family and I was out for the day, it meant having to chase or ask for replacements. Based on how much the hotel cost for the 5 nights, I think it was just average. Hopefully these comments may help the hotel to make improvements going forward.

It was much nicer than we expected for a cheap hotel stop over night. We arrived quite late and were a bit worried about the check in , but we were greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist , and the lobby area had a bar and looked really nice. The breakfast was very worth it as well. Delicious, and lots of choices.

Horrible, un checkin incapable d’être fait à 20h… nous bons du attendre jusqu’à 00h30 pour avoir notre chambre car le personnel présent était en formation et ne savait pas récupérer la réservation Expedia… Puis nuit tout aussi horrible avec une climatisation forcée ! On ne pouvait choisir que la température mais pas l’arrêter.. Donc réveil tous enrhumés à tousser. Personnel peu agréable et transparent.

The hotel is located in a good area of Paris. The hotel public areas are very nice and the reception staff very helpful. Our room was of a good size and the bathroom in particular very well appointed and appeared new. What really let the hotel down for us was the lack of air conditioning in our room where only a large fan was provided. A vent which was supposed to provide cool air provided nothing at all, but we did notice the hallways, reception and lounge areas were much cooler. We complained to reception about the excessive heat in our room and were promised an investigation but nothing happened. We consider this lack of a comfortable temperature in a guest room to be unacceptable in a 4 star hotel.

Overall stay
The place is good. But there was mis-communication. During arrival i was told that Breakfast is included in the charges. But 1 day later i discovered it was not so and i had pay 19 Euros for breakfast. The sink was blocked on the 2nd and 3rd day. The issue was reported but no one rectified. Room service is quite poor. We had to come down to collect additional water bottles. Additional water bottles was requested at extra cost. But they probably did not understand and did not supply water the next day.

The rooms were clean and neat. We were there 4 nights and we had great cleaning every day. The reception and bar staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The wait staff in the dining room, not as much. This is a nice hotel I’m a good area close to many restaurants, shops and public transport. However, it definitely could use refurbishing.

La chambre laisse à désirer !
La chambre laisse vraiment à désirer. Pour + de 160€ la nuit, le calcaire de la SDB pourrait être nettoyé, une brosse dans le toilettes pourrait être fourni, les gaines électriques pourraient être fixées au mur, la moquette pourrait être détachée, l'insonorisation des chambres pourrait être faite etc.. La chambre est vétuste et je regrette d'avoir mis autant pour si peu. Le seul point positif sera le personnel, souriant et aimable.

Die Metro ist nur ein paar Schritte vom Hotel entfernt, sodass man schnell ins Zentrum gelangen kann. Das Frühstück‘s Buffet war ausreichend gewesen. Wir hatten leider nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt dort, können es aber empfehlen. In der Lobby hat es noch ein paar Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder- aber auch die Erwachsenen hatten dort Spass.
