The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the metro and the eiffel tower. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. Comfy bed with everything needed for a short break.

The location is close to shops, restaurants, tourist sites, laundry facilities and the metro. There was a small kitchen in our room which was very convenient. The only issue was the glass shower was inside the room and completely visible . Overall great stay

We came into the hotel 5 hours early. This wasn't a problem, we could storage our bags until the room was ready which was about 12:00 p.m. The room was big, with a small bathroom (shower, toilet, 2 sinks) and a kitchen (fridge, 2 stoves, microwave and everything one needs to cook, like pans or sponges). On our departure day, we could also store the bags completely for free until 6 p.m. Also, the receptionist is very friendly and speeks english

The great thing about this place is that its so close to the Eifel Tower and close to everything. The staff was super friendly also. But the room was small, way to hot, and had a water leak damage on the ceiling.

This is an old building without AC, the rooms condition are terrible, bathrooms with mold in the showers and ceilings. Very expensive for the condition please do not go there you will loose your money. Pictures available

Bathroom was extreemly dirty. Bed had bed bugs and I got an extreeme rash on my body. I let the reception know and they stated they would work on it but they did nothing. Hotel quality was really poor.

The location of the hotel was ok - a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and it had a lot of very nice local cafe's around where the food was fabulous, the room on the other hand was ok reasonably clean but there was a leak in the bathroom ad thick black mold on the ceiling as there was no extractor and no shower screen door so all of the water would be all over the floor. All so there was no tea or Coffee available in the room. It was ok i wouldn't go back.

This property is in a great location but that was the only thing in its favour. After checking in you have to negotiate a 3 man lift to gets your bags up the stairs. When we got into the room we found that half the bifold shower door was missing, so water went all over the floor. Their answer was to give us extra floor towels. One of the 2 draws from the desk was missing. Five lights were out. The receptionist fixed 2 and said the others would be fixed the next day. Four days later and still no go. With only one light in the bathroom, shaving & makeup up were by feel. The shower also needed a good clean as it had mildew around the bottom. I would not recommend a stay here.

We arrived in the afternoon to learn that they had canceled our reservation only four hours beforehand. The receptionist instantly raised her voice and tried to blame me for having not read my email (I was driving). The hotel claims to have had plumbing problems, but I saw no such evidence. The fact is that Paris was very booked and we were there only for the night and the hotel chose to cancel the short booking rather than others for their convenience. The hotel where they sent me was adjacent to Notre Dame and cost abou €40 less per night. One review after another called it dirty (in deed it was very dirty). When I asked to be refunded the difference between the two hotels, the receptionist began yelling at me that it was in a better neighborhood and I just didn’t understand. In fact, I did understand and I chose this hotel due to its location. She continued to argue with me about either reserving a clean hotel room or refunding the difference until I was tired and had to go because the reception at the dirty hotel near Notre Dame was about to close. Dirty or not, the other hotel was polite—never mind being on the 5th floor without an elevator. I’ve never left a negative review before, but this was warranted. This hotel may have been impolite, but it was clean and quiet, except for the receptionist who cannot accept responsibility for making an inferior substitution and giving short notice.

El hotel muy bien, tiene todo lo que puedas ocupar para ti estancia, cerca un super y la chica de Revepxion Victoria, una tipaza super atención al igual que una chica que no se su nombre pero estaba en lunes al servicio. Las veces que venga no lo pensaré y me hospedaré en el mismo hotel, la torre la tienes a nada de del hotel. Magnífico todo

The staff was so nice and the location is great. It’s so close to everything and it’s such a great price. The only problem we had is there was only half of the shower door but it still worked to keep water off the floor. I’ve stayed here twice and would definitely come back.
