Just outside the peripherique in the super-cute and quiet commune of Saint-Mandé, this aparthotel was very clean, modern, spacious, and safe, with some rooms overlooking a lovely courtyard. This shares space with a posh retirement community, so it’s very quiet and calm. It’s just on the other side of the lovely park, Bois de Vincennes. I’m for sure returning!

We were surprised to find we were staying in a Seniors' complex, not stated on the website. The apartment was absolutely new, modern, clean, spacious, bright, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, as was the sofa. The contact with desk staff was brief and professional. The position was perfect for our purposes, close to the Bois de Vincennes for lovely walks, but also with easy metro access to central Paris. However, the apartment was not the one in the photos. It looked out on the street, had no curtains or blinds, only nets; quite un-welcoming, no carpets or rugs, very spartan, all surfaces wipe-clean plastic, nothing to make coffee with, no hair-dryer; no wifi that we could access, no information about anything. No salt or oil. Two identical prints on the wall of each room, and two cheap plastic plants. An abominable odour in the corridor, which luckily did not penetrate into the flat. Rather cheeky at the price. Because we were there for a special occasion, couldn't face making a fuss about it. A pity: with a few human, hospitable aesthetic touches, could be really excellent.

Résidence sécurisée luxueuse extrêmement calme, appartement très spacieux, d'une propreté irréprochable, literie neuve et confortable. Dans un quartier charmant. Bref carton plein!

Appartement très grand et impeccable, personnel très accueillant et sympathique, coin tranquille (j'ai eu d'excellentes nuits !). Tout est à proximité pour faire les courses, près des transports en commun. Un endroit idéal pour un séjour à Paris !
