"Unfortunately we did not receive the room we booked due to an error. Although the staff couldn't fix this problem they were very kind and helpful on the first day. When we were able to move rooms on the 2nd day, the staff member helping us was acting very weird and almost paranoid, this was really unpleasant. The rooms do not look like the picture at all. Location of hotel was great, very easy to reach."

"Unfortunately it stank if cigarettes the carpets were filthy and kitchen staff (3 women) were rude telling us to leave table at 8.30am!!!"
