Very disappointed because we had to wait 40” past check in time because room wasn’t ready. We were told hours earlier that day that the room was ready but then it wasn’t and to come back in a couple hours which we did and still had to wait. Hot tub jets were not working and wasn’t the cleanest. Staff was nice. Room was satisfactory. Great location!

Building is under construction, lots of noise. The AC went out around 11pm and the room temp got up to 77-78° making for miserable sleeping conditions. Balcony is on front of bldg so light from main entrance shines thru slider door all night, no black.out curtains. Room was clean, large bathroom with soaker tub, full tiled shower and pleanty of nice amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute mountain lodge. We visited during the off season, so there was quite a bit of construction going on around the property, but for the price we couldn’t complain. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchenette. Our only complaint was that there was a coffee maker and coffee, but no coffee filters. Other than that, we were pleased with the room and would stay here again.

Loved this hotel but unfortunately they were remodeling during our visit which we didn’t know until arrival and the work started right above our room at 7am. Nothing like a bunch of loud banging to wake you and your 3 children (5 and under up.) Wouldn’t have booked had I know about the construction. Otherwise nice room, great location. Front desk asked how the stay was - I told them I was disappointed that I was in a room right under all the noise and she just said yeahhhh sorry.

The location and amenities of the hotel were sufficient, it was really the room that was cramped and not a single chair or desk. Just quite tight. We were there in June and didn't have too much luggage. Not sure how anyone with their winter clothing could spend more than a night in the room we had. I believe these are condos that are rented out when owners aren't there.

Ski slope is a quick walk or a shuttle ride away. Shuttle comes every 5/10 mins and drops you multiple lift locations. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was super helpful and quick to resolve any needs.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I was initially somewhat skeptical due to several reviews I had read after making my reservation; however, after experiencing the lodge firsthand, I found it difficult to understand the negative comments advising others to avoid staying there. The staff was courteous and welcoming, and the property itself was clean and comfortable, contributing to an enjoyable overall experience. There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The ice machine was out of service, so ice was unavailable, and the hot tub was also not operational. Aside from these issues, everything else met expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the lodge.
