Das Eckzimmer war geräumig, langgezogen, die Fenster zum Rondell schlossen gut, aber nicht komplett. Man hörte Motorräder, Lastfahrzeuge, usw. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, der Kaffee aber nicht gut. Zum Zentrum der Stadt waren es 1.1 km.

Very Good but not excellent

The hotel structure is nice, relatively new, well maintained. Staff is kind, restaurant is excellent. However, for a five star hotel I am expecting a bit more. Being lacking of a pool, I would put a bit more efforts to take it to the excellence. Decorations are not up to the level (a few paintings more in the room would help, a more warm environment, as it’s quite cold in colors and feelings) and definitely more amenities and of a higher quality (toothpaste/brush, comb missing not that high quality shower gel/soap/shampoo, the hair dryer is a joke. I will anyway certainly return, the value for money is definitely there.

Hotel molto carino ,personale attento e collaborativo ma credo che prima di assegnare una stanza ,chi di dovere dovrebbe verificare le condizioni della stanza stessa;nel nostro caso siamo arrivati in hotel verso l’ora di cena ..aria condizionata molto rumorosa e impossibile da spegnere;nel lavandino trovato un lungo capello nero;lo staff molto gentile si e’prodigato inutilmente per risolvere il problema…al ritorno dalla cena ,verificato il fallimento dell’intervento riparatore ci viene cambiata la stanza e risolto il problema verso le 23.30 ,finalmente la doccia …!che purtroppo risultava all’interno della vasca da bagno di difficile accesso con fondo oltremodo scivoloso e quindi pericoloso(anke in relazione alla mia scarsa mobilità’ ma come spiegato al mattino ,molto richiesta da clienti medio-orientali ed asiatici…….

Disappointing

This is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. The lack of service and the conditions in the rooms are at it’s best a 4 star. The hotel need both renovation and more welcoming receptionist if they were to call them selves a 5 star property.

Disappointed stay

It could have been a perfect stay if it weren’t problems with all the light fixtures in the room. Other than the ceiling light none of the lighting fixtures work. It took a while for the staff to replace the light bulb. However one floor lamp still doesn’t work. With very dark paint and curtains it is dark in the room. They should have checked the room to make sure all in working conditions before sending the guests to the room.
