"Po przyjeździe małe zaskoczenie - hotel nie miał naszej rezerwacji, na szczęście był wolny pokój, a rano mieliśmy potwierdzić warunki w recepcji. Niezbyt komfortowa sytuacja. Pokój czysty, w świetnym stanie, ładny widok na jezioro Jamno. Śniadania smaczne, obfite, kilka potraw na ciepło i dobra kawa. Sauna i basen dostępne bez ograniczeń. No hand towels. Pretty much no necessities. Vacation club staff can not be reached on phone. Need to go there and wait and no help at all. Promised replacement towels after day 3 which never came. "

"Even we prefer hotel suite we chose apartment for our stay in Kolobrzeg. Spacious and clean apartment. New building. Very close to sea and city center as well. Positive surprise. Active construction work (new apartment building) around. Accommodation company did not offer us the parking lot inside building area but it was probably caused because we did not arrive in working hours of central reception and we communicated with reception remotely. We can recommend."

We had a wonderful dining experience in the surrounding restaurants, we loved that lot of restaurants and stores were a walking distance from our apartment. Parkplatzgebühren bezahlen obwohl wir Gast in dem Haus waren.Wir mußten das Schwimmbad im Marina benutzen im Arka nur gegen extra Gebühr. Es gab keinen Toaster,keine Kaffeemaschine obwohl das der Standard wäre.Nur je 1 Badetuch kein Händehantuch keine Hygiene Artikel, kein Deutsches Fernsehen. Auch das Kücheninventar lies zu Wünschen übrig....kein Salz,Zucker usw.Allso nach zirka 20 Kolberg Aufenthalten...
