“I am a customer who stayed in an apartment on December 26. I could not shower because the bathroom did not have hot water at all, and it was difficult to wash the dishes with cold water. Also the water in bath does not drain. I think the inconvenience of the whole family is a big problem.”

“Pour un petit weekend en couple avec le chien, c'était parfait. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la foret qui nous a apporté de la fraîcheur dans ce weekend de canicule. Le restaurant était très bon et la piscine très agréable. Plusieurs circuits de randonnée entoure l'hôtel et Soultzmatt à proximité est très joli à visité. Ne pas se fier à l'aspect vétuste de l'éxterieur de l'hôtel, à l'intérieur les chambres sont neuves et très agréables (matelas des lits un peu trop mous pour mon dos,...
