"Spa dans un bâtiment annexe qui celui-ci est jolie. Les chambres sont pas à la hauteur, on entend chaque son dans le couloir, ça ne vaut pas le prix, de loin."

"I have to make a compain to expedia,o arrival at 8 in the evening ,i found out at the reception that we were not booked through expedia even though we did so 2 days prior ,we were standind there with my disabled wife trying to find out why ,thank god there was a room available and we checked in ,what if not? After a long drive it was the last thing we wanted ,i expect expedia to give us an explanation, and what are they going to do about it ,awaiting a quick response "

"Terrible stay. I am a frequent traveller and have never experienced bad service like this. They tried to get rid of us even though we booked and paid in advance. The bar and restaurant was closed. There where no staff after 20:00. We got up quickly the next morning and left. "

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Conseils pour des visites de marchés de Noël, recommandations pour le menu, beaucoup de petites attentions qui ont fait de ce séjour , un séjour reposant."
