"After a major misunderstanding with our booking, the gentleman managed to resolve the issue with us. He was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and he kindly served us a really good breakfast, which we greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, our experience with the lady was very different. We arrived quite late, and she was downstairs arguing and shouting very loudly. The situation was uncomfortable and quite upsetting, especially as I was travelling with three small children who...
