“We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It’s a nice small place with a beautiful room. The staff here makes the experience a 10/10, they treat you just like family here and do everything to make your stay more welcome. They assisted with car service from the airport to the hotel well before I traveled, and assisted with setting up excursions and rides to get there. Their kindness truly went a long way. We will definitely be coming back!”

“We had a very good stay! There should be a switch in the bathroom for light and one for ventilation, not one for both. The ventilation is pretty loud, so you risk waking the rest of your room. Also some more hangers in the bathroom would be nice. Other than that, excellent stay! ”

“Our room had amazing volcanic view. The breakfast (free!) included a variety of options and food was amazing! Walkable distance to other restaurants. Staff was friendly and had booked all our reservations! The only issue was with one of the tour guides who took us for night tour. He was not professional at all and took us to somebody else’s private property. Be aware of such scams and go with reliable guides. ”
