"One of the best hotels ive been at recently. The staff and amenities were amazing."

"We've stayed here for several years and have been very happy every time. The best thing about the hotel is (most of) the people that work there: the maids, the wait staff in the restaurant, etc. During our most recent stay, though, things did seem a bit less wonderful than previous years. One word of advice: If you want to high floor (there are six floors total), you should NOT choose the sixth floor! The pool (and the parties) are on the roof and there was some noticeable noise. Worse than that, for me at least, is that the sixth floor doesn't have an ice machine! (The fifth floor does.) So you either have to call for someone to bring you ice or go to the bar on the roof to ask for some. Ugh. Don't ask me why, because they have the same spot on the sixth floor where the ice machine is on the fifth floor. Oh yeah, and you can only access your floor using your room key, so you can't just go to the fifth floor to get ice, either."

"Really nice and comfortable experience , what I liked the most is that the Mall Cascadas is literally behind the Hotel and you can walk to it . Definitely will stay there again if I come back to Honduras . Front desk really helpful and polite . And I felt secure"

"Tuve una experiencia muy agradable en este hotel. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier pregunta. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más placentera. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de varios lugares de interés y con fácil acceso a transporte. Además, las instalaciones del hotel están bien cuidadas y ofrecen un ambiente tranquilo y relajante. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel y sin duda volvería en el futuro. Y está cerca de la embajada de USA"

"Llevo 3 años viajando y casi nunca coloco un review. Lamentablemente no tuve buena experiencia. El hotel parece un lugar muy bonito, tiene cierta magia pero fue una mala experiencia: 1. Las paredes del baño donde me quedé se ven todas manchadas, desde manos hasta como gotas. El resto de paredes si bien no están tan manchadas si se veían sucias. 2. En todos los hoteles donde me quedo lo básico es que te pongan shampoo y jabón por sencillo que sea. En mi cuarto, no había ni un jabón, el shampoo estaba a la mitad y bajé en la mañana a indicar que necesitaba una barra de jabón y me dijeron que no tenían que hasta las 9am llegaba la mucama. 3. Quitaron el área de gimnasio que cuando lo reservé es importante. Si para ustedes es importante ya no lo tienen. Ahora es un área de pilates. 4. Lo único muy bueno he de decir es que la persona que me recibió muy amable. Y el desayuno si estuvo espectacular. Lamentablemente no regresaría... "
