“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for,...

“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. If you remain clean room without cookies crumb, they won’t show up. Ants there were not harmful, just want their meal. This resort provided free shuttle to their own beach in Grace Bay,...

“This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a...

“The doors for the bathroom and shower are shared and rather awkward. They dont fully close on one side either (Shower).”

“The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.”

“Great new hotel excellent service but not a lot of stuff nearby in the neighbourhood.”

“View was absolutely amazing”

“The rooms were a bit outdated, but I would still stay here again. The staff made me feel like I was visiting family! The rooms were clean, the staff were kind and very accommodating. The best part is the location of the hotel to the beach. Felt like I could roll out the bed and be on the beach. We even tried to re-book another visit before we checked out but all the rooms were sold out. No need to look any further, just book the room!”

“Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...

“I would definitely choose this place again if I have to come back.”

“It was a great stay, smaller boutique style hotel. Staff is very friendly, food was good, room was spacious. Great experience overall.”
