We needed a place for the night to break up a very long drive. It was easy to book and the price was very reasonable. Happy with the breakfast too !

The girl that helped me at check in was the most helpful person that I have ever had serve me in a hotel. The lady at check out was very friendly as well.

At 6’5” I sliced my head open on an emergency exit sign - we brought it to the attention of the staff - I should be fully compensated for the entire amount and perhaps more - I expect a response - thank you

Nice new looking building, clean bedding, bathrooms, accessible parking, GREAT hot breakfast (waffles, sausages, omelets, taters) plus bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, etc... great way to start the day

Hotel was relatively quiet. Room was clean. Only a one night stay but I had refrigerator and microwave in my room. Bathroom was also clean.

My stay was just one night. Only thing is paving area needs to be redone. Pebbles and cracked pavement were a little bit of a nuisance when walking and trying to not trip. Other than that everything was satisfactory.

I genuinely don’t like the TV. Instead of normal one if you place smart TV that will be a great help for people to stay . It was raining outside and there is nothing on Tv either YouTube or we are not even able to connect our phones to play something else. My suggestion is Atleast place smart tv

The view from our window was excellent. If there would have an elevator it would have been more comfortable for us. We had to lift the stroller every time we went out.

no internet!
The hotel is good, service is good, but they had no internet for three days and they gave us lame excuses and lies saying that the whole town did not have internet etc., then it was re-programming, then needed some equipment ... always changing the story.

The breakfast room was well maintained/stocked with normal breakfast items. The parking lot needs to be either resurfaced or at least repaired where the asphalt has disappeared.. .

We stayed for one night at the Comfort Inn. We were attending a wedding at a lake house close by. It is a great option. Very conveniently located off the highway, close to shopping and restaurants. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff are courteous and friendly. The breakfast served the next day was delicious and got us on our way. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel as we were basically in and out but we felt safe, lots of parking and perfect for our overnight stay in Parry Sound. We would highly recommend.

The room was good and comfortable. I hair strand in the bathroom kind of ruined the first impression. Also, having to park in the MacDonald's parking didn't help a lot. We stayed only one night so it was ok.
