The staff at the hotel are very nice and friendly. The location is convenient for traveling anywhere. The rooms are also clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Ive been to this hotel a few times and i think the best part of staying here is the prime location in Asakusabashi, youre a few minutes walking distance to a train station and food options are fairly numerous. There isnt laundry on the property but there is a laundromat just across the road in a hostel which i believe is open for public use, failing that there are others within reasonable distance. The age of the facility is pretty apparent but at the time of my visit, they were in the middle of both exterior and interior renovations. Another issue i ran into during my visit was weak Wifi on the floor i was on, however once again the staff were quick to offer a wifi hotspot for me to use during my stay. The staff here are some of the friendliest ive had the pleasure of meeting in my time traveling around Tokyo, and many of them speak English.

Area around was under construction, curtain had to be closed because workers may be outside of window. The room had a smell to it, but liveable.

I was upgraded to the 3 bed rooms ages around 30 years old type. Very very classic 1980s room. We only have 2 people. The price avrg. Per nights @ $122. OMG.

部屋は狭く大きな荷物は広げにくかったですが清潔に保たれていてストレスなく過ごせました。 セキュリティが古いので出かける時に🗝カギを閉め忘れそうになることが… スタッフさんも丁寧な対応で凄く気持ち良かったです。 何かあればまた利用させていただきます。

とても丁寧に対応頂きありがとうございます。 建物は古いようですが、とても綺麗に掃除されていたので快適でした。 日にちを変えて同じ部屋を2回予約しましたが、2回目は少し狭かったのが残念でした。 朝晩はそこそこ寒かったですが、エアコンの切り替えが出来ず暖房が入らなかったので寒かったです。

施設の装備品を見ると最新の物ではありませんでした。しかしそんな事はどうでもよいと感じさせる位に、設備の特に水周り（トイレ・バス・洗面）の手入れは完璧でした。トイレに座った時、しゃがまないと見えないようなすき間にも、埃の一つも落ちてませんでした。設備が割と古いにも関わらずに『手入れがされている感』があったのはとても好印象でした。部屋の手入れをされているスタッフの仕事に対する向き合い方まで見えるかのようです。フロントのスタッフも大変親切で丁寧な対応であり好印象でした。この宿に泊まれて良かったです。この口コミの最後に一言。「私はサクラではありません」。自分で予約し宿泊した客一人の意見に過ぎません。このコメントを見た方も宿泊されれば分かる事です。

방이 넓어서 아주 좋았어요! 지하철역에서도 가깝고,데스크직원이 아주 친절했어요. 조금 불편한건 프론트가 지하일층인점,외출시 키를 프론트에 만겨야하는것, 외엔 조용하고 모두 만족합니다.

도쿄에서 찾을 수 있는 가장 좋은 옵션

시내 중심지에 접근하기 쉽고 역과 가깝고 청결하고 친절하며 조용합니다. 저렴하기까지 해서 거의 완벽에 가깝습니다. 다만 하나 아쉬운 점은 프론트가 지하 1층이라 건물에 들어서면 계단이나 엘레베이터로 지하로 내려가야 하고, 방 출입수단이 카드키가 아니라 플라스틱막대가 딸린 열쇠인데 거추장습니다. 거기다 분실을 우려해 외출 전후에 맡기고 찾아갈 것을 부탁 받습니다. 그래서 호텔을 드나드는 일이 번거롭게 느껴집니다. 오직 그것만이 아쉬운 점입니다.

予約時喫煙部屋のみ空きあり、禁煙部屋に空きが出たら金部屋を要望しました。要望通り禁煙部屋に通され行き届いた管理に快適な時間を過ごせました。また利用したいです
