"This is not a five star hotel. In fact, it's barely a three star. It is far from the fort and up a long, bumpy road so when you arrive, you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The staff earnestly tries to be helpful but they're clueless, slow and inefficient. I ordered a gin and tonic at lunch time and it came after I had finished my meal. The hotel exterior is pretty and the rooms are large. That said, there are no amenities besides a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The soap...

"We stayed for one night and had dinner and breakfast too. The reception was welcoming and friendly. The pool area was beautiful but the water cool at the end of January. The rooms were large and well laid out. The location is very close to the outstanding Jain temple and also just a 15 minute walk from the beautiful Ranakpur dam. Personally I did not enjoy my dinner so much, but I think that was down to my choice. "

"A little off the main road needing a dirt track to get to, however the accommodation is set into lovely surroundings looking over the river below. Room was large with large patio and bathroom. Clean throughout and good AC. Comfortable bed. Limited for transport here unless you have your own, so taxi costs can amount quite quickly. Need to walk up to the main road (10 mins) for additional dinning options."

10/10 Excellent
An exceptional property located on top of a mountain with amazing views all around. The property itself is stunning with beautiful decor, serene ambience, clean rooms, nice pool, private balcony. The breakfast was wonderful, food is fresh and many options in menu. What I like the most about the property- it is staff. Especially from restaurant. They take care a lot, even have baked cookies when we asked to have something with masala tea. The staff have organised for our group camp fire near...
