โI like the Location of property, cleanliness, good staff, good amenities but only the thing i dont like is the resort didnt provide me the heater while it was very cold in the room.

โYour property is located at a hill top so you should definitely make driver quarters. Your location of hotel is such that finding a place for guest's driver is difficult. The resort being such a great start resort should definitely have driver quarters.โ
โI spent 2 nights with my son at the wild retreat. Our room was very spacious and clean with plenty of toiletries. We also had a great balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend ๐โ
โCool place to stay, staff is very supportive. Rooms are very bigs which is beyond imagination. Good place to stay. We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel.โ
โPros: The place is good and very well situated.
Staff is friendly and the food is very good. It has a swimming pool which gives infinite view outlooking to the lake on one side and mountains on the other side.
Cons: wifi speed is slow however the hotel staff informed that bsnl is the only vendor in the area for broadband. Hotel is situated at some height from the road and ramo up to the hotel is very very steep and hotel management should look towards it.โ
โBreakfast not worth to pay more, disappointed about breakfast bed shower room.. I booked 4480 rupees room but it's look like 1000 rupees room... โ
