"Lovely attentive staff. Unloaded luggage at the rear of the hotel and with help of great directions parked across the river in the secure underground parking at the Thermal Baths. Easy 5 minute walk back to the hotel lobby. Great spot!!"

" I cannot express enough the attention to detail this property executes to each guest! The staff strives to know you, check with you, & strive to do whatever they can for you. Not just once but every day. At least one of the owners are there every day, all day! They are truly passionate for what they do! The most senior of ownership onsite explained he is the 11th generation, & the 12th, & I believe the 13th generations are also working to make this operation work flawlessly! After 530 years it is Very Obvious they love what they do! Everything is First Class. Everything! This is seriously one of the best if not The Best run Hotels in the World that I ever experienced. The Restaurant is really on point. Wine list is unbelievable! We tend to try to drink local wines when in such fantastic growing regions, but their cellar has them all covered no matter your taste. The local whites are amazing here! Food is all locally sourced and they list where most is sourced from on the back of the menu. Every meal we had was Fantastic! Including the breakfast included. Rooms were clean, & comfortable! Italy is always hard to leave, but this Hotel was the hardest I can remember to in fact leave. I honestly hope to one day return to The Hotel Oberwirt. This is No BS a place you want to experience! It’s a place I will Never Forget!"

"Nice place and nice staff. Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK."
