Staff excellent. Clean. Close to shops and ski lift. Typical mountain Hotel. Food buffet was good to. Good value for money Hotel. If you had any problems itvwould be dealt with straight away.

Nice place but poor food

The overall place was good. The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . The biggest issue was the fact that the majority of the time the food was lukewarm … if that… and NEVER hot. This was pointed out to the team and they indicated it had been raised before! We spoke to the manager and to be fair they reacted and it did improve that day… but sadly was not consistent. Finally, the bar was advertised as being open until 1am during winter. However it was not and closed at 11pm!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel lag sehr zentral. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz und die Parkgebühren waren sehr hoch. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, aber wir hatten an der einen Wand war ein großer Schimmelfleck. Die Matratze vom Doppelbett war total durchgelegen und das Zimmer lag direkt am sehr lauten Fahrstuhl. Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage und so war es Nachts sehe sehr warm.

Beaucoup de déception

Plus de 10 ans que nous séjournons sur un cours séjour ski dans cet hôtel, beaucoup de choses ont changé dans l’établissement, le personnel, l’espace restauration… dans l’ensemble personnel, sympathique et arrangeant, la salle de restauration a été modifiée, elle se trouve avec la réception, salle malheureusement très bouillante, très peu de place et de disponibilité on mange dans le bruit incessant, manque de tranquillité et de convivialité, le buffet reste correct en terme de qualité.
