"We turned up at the hotel. In the middle of a power cut. The receptionist spoke excellent English as she was from London. The café/restaurant/bar offers great value for money. There is even an Irish bar the next street up. Well connected to the rest of the city with buses and trams running by the hotel. "The hotel is clean, but its best days are behind it. Access to the hotel parking lot is difficult. The navigation system directs you to the parking lot of a neighboring hotel. The air conditioning and ventilation in the room are poor. The cooling is regulated to 22 degrees Celsius . I had to sleep with the window open and put up with street noise."
