“Great condo right in the middle of Uptown. Easy access to lots of dining and shopping at both Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi Mall.”

“I hope the host or manager of this accommodation sees this. 1. I saw 5 cockroaches in 10 minutes. (table, kitchen, pillow) 2. My family escaped to the lobby at night. I tried to call the staff through security, but the staff did not answer the phone. 3. A phone call with security staff was eventually successful, but she told me to use spray in the room for cockroaches. 4. She said she would discuss it with her family and hung up first. 5. “the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? ”

“I like that the market is a walking distance from the property and stores are nearby. I didn’t like that only 2 elevators are available for the floor I’m staying. It takes long wait for the elevator to come each time I use it and being in the 18th floor, if I was in the lower floors,using stairs could be faster. 1 elevator was not in order for 3-4 days. There are 42 floors with only 2-3 elevators???available. Total elevators only 4 for 42 floor building, seems like poor planning ”

“Never went to the property because Pioneer Woodland never communicated with me for check-in instructions. They were suppose to email me 10 days before my check-in date, but never did. Tried calling the property but no one ever answered. Decided not to go because there was no formal check-in counter. So, the property failed me by not providing proper details. Wish I could get a refund from Expedia.”
