"The hotel didn't have our reservation. We had to wait to see if there was a room for us. This is really the worse thing that can happen when traveling in a distant place with heavy luggage. I don't know why they didn't have my reservation when I had received multiple confirmations. And then while we are trying to rest for the few hours we were in the room, someone comes to us saying we are required to pay him for his 5 gallon of water he is delivering to us. "Although the unit owner was prompt replying to our text/email messages, the unit was not maintained well for guests to stay. It was not clean when we arrived, we had to ask to clean the unit again especially the bathroom. Roaches were visible, I won’t recommend this unit to any guests."
