“First of all, the most inconvenient thing was that there was no reception. The hotel left a contact number, but I did not answer the phone and did not even call back. I stayed for 6 days, but there was no hot water for 2 days, and the plumbing was so old that rust was coming out. I have visited this area many times for business, but this was the worst, and if I visit this area again next time, I will definitely choose this place as my last choice when other hotels are unavailable.”

“The schloss ort is in one of the best locations to visit Passau historic old town. There was beautiful views of the river from our room and the breakfast and terrace areas. This made our stay v relaxing. The boutique hotel is lovely and bedrooms very comfortable with great bed . The breakfast was lovely even if a little expensive.
