“There’s probably not a bad location in Montepulciano, but this place is pretty much ideal, just minutes from both the main square and the Main Street.
Everything was clean and well maintained, and it has a nice rustic feel. The breakfast was great, with many sweet and savory choices in a buffet setting. The hosts are both friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended!”

“Very conveniently located. Easy walk to the mini metro, which takes you to the main station. And a short (uphill) walk into the centre.
Not staffed, but very responsive to texts. No issues with arrival and check-in. Looks like a hotel, operates more like an Airbnb.
Lovely comfortable suite with fridge and free refreshments.
Rooms are only cleaned if you stay 4 nights or longer. You can request for your room to be cleaned, however there will be an additional cost.”

“Hotel is small, old and out-of-the-way but was in a beautiful Tuscan setting with a beautiful view from our balcony. There was a very reasonable restaurant across the street. The room was an excellent value for the money. The owner even gave us a ride to the train station when our early morning taxi failed to show up. ”
