Beautiful hotel, centrally located and just steps from the mini metro which is so unique. The hotel room is immaculate with great showers and walking distance to restaurants, cafes and restaurants. Beautiful views from the upper levels of town.

Clean and great hôtel but its best asset is its location: This hôtel is located close and at the same level of the rail-métro ( arriving from the train station) and to the Escalators leading to the main touristic area of Perugia. There are great restaurants a few steps away from the hôtel. This hôtel does not have elevator.

Very nice staff at this convenient and basic hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's about 3 minutes walk from the minimetro stop very near the main piazzas. The staff were very welcoming, allowed us to drop off luggage early and gave us caffé on arrival, then we returned later to check in. We opted to have the breakfast at the hotel, which was fine and convenient since we needed to check out early and catch a train. For the price and the staff and an authentic experience in beautiful Perugia, it's a top choice. If you want luxury, it's maybe not the place for you. We'll return when we next stay in Perugia!

Great location in the old town, only a short walk from the main square. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and made our stay very memorable. Beautiful room with a view.

The hotel is well situated very close to the mini metro where you can also easily take an elevator to the top of the historic centre or walk (lots of stairs); close to main points of interest and places to eat. While The Building is old, certainly my room had upgrades modern bathroom, very comfortable bed, and it was really clean apart from shower dispenser soap. There are no other amenities like shampoo and conditioner. I enjoyed my stay. If you were travelling casually, this is the place for you. I travelled alone and I felt very safe. However, some business travellers may need more amenities like a proper desk, etc.. staff was very hopeful

The location was conveniently placed in the historical center and connected to various parts of the city. If you needed to venture outside the historical center for major activities, you would need to time public transportation correctly or have access to a car. I was unaware that the mini metro was down due to construction so I had to re-evaluate my travel a bit but my overall time in the city was great!

The staff was amazing. The room was lovely with a patio balcony where we were able to have snacks and drinks. Breakfast of a cornetto and cappuccino for 4 € can’t be beat. The staff deserve 10 stars!! Note … stairs- it is Italy.

Although not for everyone, our room was on the 5th floor ( no elevator) but we had a small balcony at rooftop level that I enjoyed sitting out on and watching the swifts and soaring around. The location was excellent for walking everywhere

Location was very good, and easy to access the main areas of town and the min metro stations. Property was in good condition and the staff were very helpful. The only challenge was as a 190+cm (6’3) man, the washrooms and toilets were cramped. But overall, good stay and was certainly worth the value.

The location was ideal for my family, close to restaurants and the sites but not crowded. The room was a good size. The shower was a bit small and needed some repair as the water kept leaking out of the basin. The door is a bit loud and you can hear people coming in and out of their room because of the loud clicking. The maid service was great as we definitely needed fresh towels and a dry bath mat. Overall good for two nights in Perugia.

This is a small hotel right in the middle of the old town so no big hills to climb to get into the centre. It’s a very old beautiful town with narrow streets and tall buildings. Therefore do not expect fantastic views from your room. The area is very quiet. The rooms are basic but clean and comfy. The bathroom is a little on the small side though with just enough room to turn on the spot. Perfect base for exploring the town.
