Abbiamo pagato per due notti ma dopo la prima siamo andati via. Camera datata e con necessità di molteplici manutenzioni straordinarie. Per 92,00 euro a notte vorrei avere un materasso vero e non uno di almeno vent'anni fa a molle che ci ha fatto alzare con dolori alla schiena. ci siamo svegliati con pezzi di intonaco sulle coperte caduti dal soffitto. Termosifoni arrugginiti accesi ma stanza gelida ed umida. cosa ben peggiore però è stata la colazione. Non c'era nulla. NULLA. Arrivati alle 08:20 era tutto finito. TUTTO. Cornetti.. niente. ("li abbiamo messi in forno -surgelati-, ma dopo mezz'ora abbiamo desistito) Ciambellone.. finito. Crostata.. buona e fatta in casa, ma ce n'era una sola fetta. Yogurt.. finiti. pane.. finito. Salumi, affettati, ecc. finiti. Biscotti.. finit.. NO.. quelli c'erano. Gocciole. ma non erano friabili. Probabilmente erano rimaste all'aria da troppo tempo. Nessuno ci ha chiesto perché dopo aver pre-pagato due notti siamo rimasti una sola. NESSUN INTERESSE AL RIGUARDO. neanche un "vi siete trovati bene?" Peccato. Davvero. La Struttura è Bella e ben posizionata. Ma credo che al suo interno non mettano un chiodo nuovo da tanti.. tanti.. anni.

la struttura è deludente, pulizia scarsa o quasi assente, stanze non climatizzate, nelle stanze viene semplicemente rifatto il letto e la biancheria non viene cambiata, piscina non curata e poco igienica perché viene consentito l'ingresso non solo agli ospiti e non muniti di cuffie come prevedono le norme sanitarie.

Ottima posizione

Posto meraviglioso....il Relais si trova al centro del bellissimo borgo di Castel Rigone. Il personale è attento e molto gentile, la nostra camera era silenziosa, luminosa, pulita e con una stupenda vista sul lago Trasimeno!! La colazione curata e abbondante a buffet. Parcheggio disponibile vicino alla struttura. Da ritornarci sicuramente. A presto!!!

Hotel delizioso pulito accogliente

Ho alloggiato nella residenza storica Relais La Fattoria, al centro  del borgo medievale di Castel Rigone. La stanza che avevo prenotato  era favolosa, con vista panoramica e una grande vasca jacuzzi.   Materassi molto comodi e ambiente pulito. Personale gentilissimo,  torneremo sicuramente!

Paese magnifico ma la struttura inadeguata.

Purtroppo la struttura non è consona ad essere un 4 stelle. Gestione famigliare molto scarsa. La camera era vecchia, moquette malandata, carta da parati sporca. L'idromassaggio vecchio e inutilizzabile, ragnatele ovunque, la pulizia del bagno lasciava desiderare. Piscina minuscola.

Eccessive le 4 stelle, ma molto suggestivo.

Ho soggiornato qui il periodo di ferragosto.L'hotel per essere un 4 stelle mi ha deluso.L'aria condizionata è assente (io soffro molto il caldo ed essendo in montagna la sera rinfrescava ma di giorno la calura si sentiva). Anche il frigo bar era rotto e nonostante abbia fatto presente il problema mi hanno fatto capire che non era possibile risolverlo. il parcheggio è piccolo ma c'è un parcheggio libero abbastanza vicino se si è disposti a fare una salita ripida ma abbastanza breve per ritornare all'hotel. Detto questo Devo ammettere che è in una posizione davvero suggestiva ma non facilissima da raggiungere, specialmente di notte. La colazione non è molto ampia ma i prodotti sono di gran qualità. Si intuisce che la gestione è di tipo familiare (sono tutti molto gentili e molto molto indaffarati) ma forse nei periodi di massima attività servirebbe un pò più di personale. Il prezzo che si paga per il soggiorno è onesto. Probabilmente se il sito dell'hotel avesse presentato una descrizione più realistica della struttura il mio giudizio sarebbe stato migliore. La struttura ha un grandissimo potenziale, ma mancano una serie di dettagli fondamentali per un target da 4 stelle. P.S. Adatto a chi è munito di automobile e non ha problemi con le strada di montagna

soggiorno di relax con famiglia

soggiornato con moglie e figlio di 10 mesi nel mese di agosto, siamo stati molto bene, ottimo tutto a partire dai proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, nonostante avessimo acquistato un pacchetto tramite internet ( a prezzo molto conveniente) siamo dovuti partire un giorno prima e non hannoo avuto alcuna difficoltà a non addebitarci la camera. ma oltre a questo abbiamo mangiato molto bene nel ristorante ad un prezzo giusto. ci hanno anche permesso di preparare la pappa per il piccolo. lo consigliamo vivamente e se avremo modo di tornare in zona riprenoteremo senz'altro in questa struttura.

Un'esperienza indimenticabile

Incastonato in un piccolo borgo medievale, il Relais gode di una vista mozzafiato sul lago Trasimeno. La camera matrimoniale assegnataci era semplice e modesta benché fosse impagabile la vista lago. Il personale è stato cordiale e pronto a soddisfare ogni bisogno o evenienza. Durante il soggiorno è stato possibile usufruire della piscina esterna e delle sdraio, senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Vero fiore all'occhiello il ristorante "la Corte" di Hermann che soddisfa i palati dei clienti con piatti tradizionali della cucina umbro-toscana e li accompagna con dell'ottimo vino. Torneremo sicuramente.

Posto incantevole. L'Hotel fa parte integrante di un borgo medievale ristrutturato, sembra di essere tornati indietro nel tempo. Favolosa la cucina, la corte di Hermann, consigliato a tutti coloro che amano il buon vino, la cucina di una volta, la ricerca di nuovi sapori tutto in una cornice panoramica sul lago.

Bokade hotellet några dagar innan då vi reste från Toscana till Marche. Vi stanna en natt. Härlig och Vacker utsikt över Lago trasimeno och omgivningarna. Genuin rustik karaktär på hotell och by, trevlig och tillmötesgående portier, god mat och bra service i restaurangen. Liten pool att svalka av sig i. Enda minus för oss i sommarvärmen var att vi inte hade någon AC på rummet.

gorgeous view and great hosts

Relais La Fattoria was a great choice! The location and the view are breathtaking! It's a nice renovated old italian house/farm, the staff is awesomely kind and hospitable, it's on top of a hill in a little village with a view of Trasimeno lake and hilly valley on the other side! The room was not at the same level as the rest around us, but we got it on a super cheap deal, therefore it was a very good compromise: bed very comfortable and clean, nice looking bathroom. The wireless is not available in the room (as they pointed out, so we knew), only in the lobby and nearby. The hotel is located near Perugia and Assisi (20/30 minutes). We really enjoyed our stay.

Hilltop Gem

The Relais La Fattoria is in an amazing Umbrian hilltop town - Castel Rigone. It is beautiful, quiet, clean - you'd think you were in Switzerland. The area around the hotel is picture-card perfect. The hotel is in a former baronial house that dates back, in parts, a thousand years. The restaurant is top-notch. The breakfast buffet is the best I've seen in Italy. The service is attentive and personal. Beware that the ride up to Castel Rigone from the highway along Lake Trasimeno does take about 15 minutes - along winding roads. Perugia is the nearest big city - about 30 minutes away. Note that the bargain rooms are quite small. There is currently no air conditioning, which is fine most of the time given the hilltop location, but your room will be warm if there is a heat wave.
