Praticamente tudo estava errado nesse hotel! Quando chegamos para o check-in já era mais de 16:00 e não tinha quarto pronto para nós, tivemos que esperar mais 1 hora até ter um quarto pronto. Reservamos quarto para 2 adultos e 1 criança, no quarto havia apenas 2 toalhas e 1 cobertor. A pia do banheiro estava obstruída, água descia devagar, Atendentes passavam informações todas erradas, primeiro nos falaram que não precisava cadastrar placa do carro no estacionamento e nem validar para poder sair, pois quando fomos sair demos de cara na porta fechada. Toda vez que entrava de carro tinha que validar um ticket novo, trabalheira total! E todas as vezes que saímos, sem excessão, o cartão do quarto desmagnetizava e sempre tínhamos que descer e pedir pra arrumar, e os atendentes sabiam que isso acontecia frequente, mas não sabiam dizer porque. Um dia precisei falar com a recepção e ninguém atendeu, desci a recepção e atendente estava no celular e nem vi o telefone tocar. Experiência péssima, nunca mais volto a ficar com minha família nesse Ibis, e vou recomendar as pessoas passar longe desse hotel, meu sogro e minha sogra estavam em outro quarto e também sofreram com os mesmos problemas!

O hotel é básico, mas o atendimento da recepção, estacionamento e a Senhora que fica no café da manhã faz valer ficar no hotel. Parabéns!

Otima estadia

Atendimento foi quase perfeito. Apenas na hora do check out uma atendente estava no telefone e a outra era nova e ainda nao eatava capacitada para proceguir com o procedimento e tive que ficar aguardando dealigar a ligacao. Qualidade do quarto maravilhosa. Cafe da manha muito bom.
